The front desk staff know what they're doing and answer questions without rushing you. Once inside, the medical staff take their time to go through everything step by step. The doctor I saw didn't seem like they were in a rush which I appreciated a lot. They listened and made sure to explain things in a way that was easy to understand without overloading me with too much info.

I really wish I read the reviews before coming here. Like the two other people who have come to dignity health prior, I have been SCAMMED. I came in for a TB test and got charged $500 for the new patient fee. Let me repeat that and emphasize it here: $500 Can someone tell me if it makes sense to have to spend $500 just to walk into an office? If everyone spent $500 on one office visit, would people be able to pay for rent? Or food? Our healthcare system is literally broken and sadly writing this review won't change anything but at least I can share my thoughts to those who are considering coming here and change their minds.0 I think the people who work for this medical foundation are probably thinking, " we don't care about your lives or what you need, we just want your money and we're going to get it." It's literally a loophole created to make patients pay more than they think and that's so fishy. It's sad to say many medical clinics think this way. Having read previous reviews, i found that many people are left waiting for prescriptions for weeks or were diagnosed with the wrong problems! That's crazy....... I have to pay $500 because the doctor asked me questions about my hobbies and where I surf for 45 minutes. Wow! If I knew it was going to be that expensive I would have gone to this clinic! I spoke to the patient advocate number that the office lady provided and she was not only sarcastic and rude but also didn't sound like she gave an f about me. This horrible experience has taught me a valuable lesson to never trust them again. I'll also be telling all of my friends, neighbors, and community to avoid coming here and opt for KAISER or any other clinic that isn't called dignity health.

I called to Salvatore Fratianna's clinic, and the clinic approved that he accepts new patients, so…read moreI scheduled an appointment with him. I had to wait for the appointment for MORE THAN A MONTH because I was a new patient. Obviously, I had no choice but to wait, while during the ridiculous waiting time, my medical issues become more severe, which required medical attention. After waiting for weeks, finally, I had my appointment with him, and I explain my urgent medical issues, and his immediate unexplained response was: "you can go to another doctor if you want". I needed medical assistance, but he tried to "get away" from helping, for some unexplained reason. He continued with his sketchy behavior by saying that: "right now, I don't accept any new patients". I also asked for a note for medical leave, but he responded by: "I don't do that". Due to his suspicious behavior, I got the feeling that Salvatore doesn't say the whole truth, and it seems he's trying to hide something. The fact that he agreed to see me, and once he saw me, he almost immediately changed his version to "I don't accept any new patients", is suspicious. To conclude, Salvatore is playing with people's health, and have no problem to accept patients to meet with him, and then just decide that he doesn't want to treat urgent medical problems after they have waited for OVER A MONTH to see him, and just send them away, knowing it will take a very long time for them to get medical attention with a different doctor. After investigating his background even deeper by reading more reviews about him, his inconsistent behavior seems to be a pattern. Salvatore seems to be untrustworthy. I'm not sure how Aetna allow themselves to continue to work with him. It's probably better for everyone to find a good doctor.

He is especially good with bio-identical hormones both for men and women. He is one of the few doctors in this area that will do the Wiley Protocol (same hormonal template as you had when you were young--the one that Suzanne Sommers does) and he knows T.S. Wiley personally. He will also do the HCG Diet. Both of these are extremely effective, but also controversial, so he will do them if you ask for them. I like the fact that he is open minded, keeps up on all of the cutting edge therapies and is holistic instead of being of the drug oriented "standard of practice" mind that most doctors are.

LEAVE PAMF / SUTTER HEALTH as soon as you can !!! or you will die…read moreIn the last 5 years its completely ruined after Sutter Health bought it. There care quality and professionals have DETERIORATED badly Doctors are booked out for months and its impossible to even see your own PCP. And God Forbid if you need a specialty doctore, you are doomed. They have hired Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA) who are NOT Medical Doctors. You are mostly thrown to the NP or PA who know nothing. They are just bodies to fill appointments. I have been with PAMF for over 10 years and my experience was really good up until 2019 when it was taken over by Sutter Health ! Its run like a business. The CEO is an ACCOUNTANT and other leadership team members are too. They have NO Medical experience therefore its just a number game for them. Because of them I landed in ER with a heart condition.
