Never on the same page with us, alternated between adversarial and lackadaisical in attitude. Lots of big promises with little or incorrect action, including saying they sent our transfer request when we found a better, faster deal when in reality not sending it as confirmed by the bank. I called the bank, after being told by our rep that it wasn't possible to directly contact them, to inquire on the status of the transfer of our FHA to another lender and had what took ccl a week to NOT finish handled in 2 minutes. They have folks working there who do really well and are the reason they've enjoyed a good reputation. However, our representative told his boss one thing as indicated by misinformation contained in owners response to our concerns and told us completely different things over the phone or by text. He was the sole reason closing on our home was delayed. read more
