I've been dying to try this place since it opened but because of lack of parking, I've just driven on by. Today the lot was empty so I pulled in and was really excited to try! Upon walking in, I was not greeted by anyone. There were 3 baristas behind the counter and no one spoke until it was my turn to order. I'm a coffee snob so any new place I always try the same thing. Large iced coffee, 2 pumps of vanilla, and a splash of cream. The coffee was meh. Other local places have better coffee. The size was small for a large. Prices are average I doubt I'll be back. read more

Very cute atmosphere. Good coffee. Probably could do with fewer tables as it's pretty crowded in the lobby. The garbages are a bit too small & bus tub was on the floor which made it difficult to clean up after breakfast. Food was quite good & unique for Cheyenne! I really wanted to like it. It's got a great decor scheme inside. However that's where the stars end. Service is sub par at best, the serving sizes for the price are half of what I'd expect, and I've tried two coffees (one house drip and a craft coffee) and the craft tasted bitter and the drip was almost clear it was so watery. We've got a few coffee places in town that are locally owned and do 10xs better. I was hoping it was just getting the kinks out because it was new but my second and third visit a few months apart we're just as unfortunate. read more

This little café is so good! I've never tried their drinks but their sandwiches are high quality and yummy. Same with their salads! Service is nice but seating is a little tight, and there's not too much room to move around. They have a drive thru as well! I'm giving this five stars because it's in Cheyenne Wyoming. And as far as I'm concerned they have gone above and beyond. Food is delicious and creative. The service is great and respectful. It's easy to get in and out of and I've never had to wait long. They have a great patio and drive thru and the coffee is fantastic. Personally I like the night sky coffee blend and as for food the avocado toast is amazing. So next time you're in the hunt for a coffee and some atmosphere. Ditch Starbucks and check out Central café. You will be glad you did. read more

I really loved this place the first time I went. It had a number of vegetarian selections, and the cranberry scones were delicious. But, although restaurants usually get better the longer they are open, ironing out little problems, this one has actually deteriorated. I went through the drive-thru as I was pressed for time. A mistake. I was the only one in the drive-thru, but it took a long time before I was waited on, when someone did ask me what I wanted, the speaker was so poor, I could hardly hear her. There was an annoying loud clicking and static. But worse, was the menu, which appeared to have been cut in half (and it wasn't huge to begin with), leaving only one vegetarian option: avocado toast (if you want this, go the Rail Yard, where you can select from three flavors instead of one). Pricey with limited choices. Not worth it. read more

Really good food is not very easy to find in Cheyenne. Some of the 4 star choices we've tried would have eeked out two stars in some cases, but not here. My bacon, avocado and egg sandwich was expertly executed and served, it was very delicious and satisfying. I visited during a very busy time, so service was a little slow, but expected with the crowd and certainly worth the slight wait. The coffee is of the highest quality I have found in my 4 days so far here in Cheyenne. My wife's avocado toast was delicious, as well, though she mentioned she wished there was perhaps an option to get a larger portion, even if at higher cost. The one drawback I found was my daughter's plain bagel. It was a plain, frozen, Lender's like bagel. I'm really surprised to see the restaurant doesn't have fresh bagels delivered, you can always chop the unsold bagels to make croutons for those delicious looking salads! Overall, clean and friendly spot for a nice brunch. read more

I travel all over the country for business and coffee is life! My girlfriend and I found this place. It's amazing! The cafe is really clean and modern looking. The coffee is great, the breakfast burrito is delicious, and the people are amazing. Not the pretentious crap in most "up scale" coffee shops. I don't exactly look like a coffee snob. Big, bearded, tattooed hands, and an "embrace violence" sweatshirt. I can recommend this place enough. read more

I meet my book group for coffee and breakfast and all of us have had wonderful experiences. I have been treated very kindly by anyone who has taken my order and I did not have to wait long to be served. The avocado toast was delicious, as was the breakfast blt. I tend to make "special" orders and they got it correct every time! It has been packed all the times I have visited and I can see why. It is too bad that they couldn't expand to add more seating for all the customers that came through the door. Perhaps the patio will help when we actually get weather warm enough to utilize it! First off ..... I couldn't wait to try this place out since they opened but the parking is terrible. I'm not much of a coffee drinker but I love a good Chai tea. I finally found a parking on the street this afternoon and I thought I would try their Chai. Not impressed. My Chai had no flavor it was like drinking water. The atmosphere was cute but a little crowed with tables. I will try it again and maybe spice up my Chai next time but I'm not anxious to go back. read more

Yesterday was the first time that I ate at the Central Cafe. It was a lovely environment, soft music and soft lighting. It was quiet and comfy. We ordered a vegan wrap. It is not on the menu, but they were willing to make something delicious that was off the menu. I would recommend this cafe to anyone and I'll be back for more. read more
