I was here Tuesday afternoon 6/22/21 Zero stars. This place actually used to be good back in the day but now there's a few employees that are very rude and nasty. Especially the Spanish lady who is the alleged manager. She called Metro Dade police on a older black man who was simply trying to get a title issue resolved. He was trying to explain his issue and also tell her that he had been there before and spoke to another employee. She was very condescending in the way she spoke to him and his wife. She told him she was going to call the police on him. All he was doing was asking her why she was giving him conflicting information. He didn't want issues with police so he left without resolving his issue. The alleged manager walked away from the window to talk with two other employees at a nearby desk. It was very crowded and I had been waiting over 30 minutes so I walked up to the window next to hers and asked the young lady if there was anybody else that they could get to assist with customers because it was very crowded and people were waiting for a very long time. The employee loudly replied to me "Listen, you just have to wait because we're very busy, unless you want to come in the back and work." I told her that the attitude was unnecessary and that I was simply asking a question. A few minutes later my number was called and I went to the last window all the way on the left. The young woman at the window was nice and asked me how she could help me, I asked her for the names of the two rude employees and she looked apprehensive to give me their names. She then told me only the manager can give out employees names. I said okay I'd like to speak to the manager so I can get the names. The rude employee who had called the police came to the window and said she was the manager and asked why I needed the names. I told her that her and the employee that told me to wait or come and work were very rude, unprofessional and their customer service was trash. I also stated that I was going to file a complaint. She said "okay, but why do you need the names?" I repeated my reasons again. She asked me 3-4 more times why I needed the names while smiling in my face. I told her that I wasn't going to let her waste my time and that I wasn't going to repeat myself, I also told her that I noticed how she treated the black gentleman before me. I told her that maybe if I was Spanish I'd be treated with more respect. I finished my transaction with the polite young lady at the far left window and asked for the names again. The rude alleged manager then proceeds to tell me her first name but not the name of the employee who was initially rude. I took a picture of her at the window for reference when I file the complaint and customers were telling me to hurry up and leave because three police cars had just pulled up and they didn't want any trouble for me. I walked outside and spoke to the first officer and luckily she happened to be someone I went to school with. Long story short she tried to get me in trouble with the police for taking pictures of her at the window even though I'm not the person she called the police for! An officer told her that I was within my rights to take pictures inside of the business. It was the worst experience I have EVER had there. I've been spending money there to renew my registration since 2005. NEVER AGAIN. I'm not saying that every employee that works there is like this, sadly the two rude low class employees that I encountered on that day are enough for me to never spend another dollar at that establishment.
