I was in & out of BC Tags/victory tax within 5 minutes. The ladies were so friendly & helpful. It was refreshing to to experience kindness & customer service that is willing to help, & knowledgeable. They even saved me $200 by adding my old license plate # to my new car. I'm so grateful & super geeked. 10/10 recommend. Everywhere elses tag agency or dmv you're the 50th person in line. No ma'am.

Again, no phone call no one reached out to me to tell me that it was not in I had to call in to find out that it was not there. So I called Wednesday and the man on the phone assured me that I will be the first one he will call once my information came in, he called me later on that evening. My advice is that if you are not in a rush for your stuff you can go customer service was okay but the lack of information and communication is why I'm rating it what it is now. The other option is to make an appointment. I visited this location two days in a row. My usual tag agency stated there were no motorcycle tags available. It had been over a month. My title arrived before my registration and plate, so I went to FBATA, which is closer, but then you deal with the line instead of a tag agency employee. My first visit, I was in the queue for 1.5 hours. Maybe I should had signed in under Renew/Registration instead of title. The agency employee found a plate, and quoted $57 [stated my agency didn't charge me for it]. I was not ready for that because at my usual tag agency, I pay $255. Within a week, I pick up the registration with plate and decal. About a week or so later, I pick up the title. The second day, I was the tenth person in line, and still waited an hour in line. People who came after me were helped before me. Once again, I think it was because I signed in under Title. I ended up with the same tag employee as the day before. She didn't even remember me. hahaha!!! But after she saw the information on her monitor, it jogged her memory. I have no issue with the service, but with the wait. I wanted to make an appointment, but didn't know the agency had its own website, which is where you make one. I also didn't know about a number outside that you can text to get a place in line without using the tablet. And I didn't know that signing in under Renew/Registration was faster than signing in under Title.

Came here to register my car after moving from out of state. This place took care of pretty much everything. Just brought in my previous registration and current insurance in Florida and they took care of the rest. Could I have probably paid half of this to do it my self? Yes, but if you add up the time and money I would have spent getting my vin verified and sitting at the DMV for at lease half a day if not more it was worth it to me. I spent a grand total of 30 minutes getting everything done.
