The two young ladies in the office broke it to me they'd only need my ID - and none of the paperwork. Of course lol. They typed me into the system, immediately knew which car I had, and got the process started. They had the title for me in 3 days! They offered to send it to my house, or have me pick it up. Since it took a few extra days to have it mailed to the house, and I live so close I opted to pick it up. I got a call when it arrived, and all was well in the world again. My buyer drove 4 hours to come to this place because I told him they always pull thru for me and his local dmv was being difficult. After driving here he decided to just try the dmv here instead only to get a different response, but still a negative one. He walked out of the dmv hopeless. They were just nitpicking everything. The only semi downside is if you pay using card there is an additional fee. It's not much, but worth mentioning. The office was pristine and quiet (again minutes before closing). The security guard at the front who greeted me was kind and so were the two ladies who directed me where to go. All in all great experience.
