I had an out of state vehicle coming from San Juan Puerto Rico . The lady for sure didn't have any knowledge about the process .We then went to the US Custom as directed by this location . Two officers of the US Customs told me that "they made me go to the US Custom Entry unnecessary" What ashamed. Please avoid this location read more

I wasn't expecting everyone to be so nice and helpful. The line moves very quickly and the agents know what they are doing. Made everything very easy to accomplish. I needed vin verification to register my car and the rep gladly followed me out to my car and verified it in 30 seconds. They made all the paperwork simple. Very satisfied and grateful. Thanks Aventura Tags read more

I went here to obtain a handicap placard for my husband, due to a lot of fraudulent activity with the handicap stickers rules has changed and I understand this. What I don't agree with Aventura Auto Tag using this as an opportunity to price gouge unsuspecting customers. I paid $25 to renew my husband's handicap sticker. I didn't check what I was being charged for until I left and looked at the receipt. $4.50 for renewal, $3.50 for photocopies, (I provided the copies from what they told me I needed for renewal) $7.49 for plastic handicap cover (I didn't ask for it, I thought they were just giving it as a courtesy like they did 4 years ago when I came here), $3.50 disabled person verification, and $6.50 to call doctor's office to verify that he signed the paperwork. I know it's a racket out here but to use this opportunity to enrich your company is shameful. I won't be returning. The only positive about this experience is the young lady who assisted me was great, with a great smile and so very friendly. read more

Maybe the worst customer service. It seems like they enjoy making people wait. The workers there are more concerned about counting pens and serving customers. I would avoid this agency at all costs. read more

Service tellers have a God-complex. Over reaching with their requirements for STOLEN TAG replacement.

Very fast getting a renewal and followed proper social distancing and CDC guidelines. great place Thank you read more

i Never seen a staff so Rude to customers! Never ! the line is just a joke because they literally gonna call anyone they want to serve base of what? " Like anyone for Title transfer " for me this is disrespectful. And how do you explain a charge of 4% for any transaction under 40$? Really in 2022... Maybe,Who knows !if you speak Spanish they might gonna treat you with a little bit more decency...After all, this is Miami ‍ read more

Very lovely lady, very fast service ! Super experience! Customer service really exceptional! Keep up the good work!

Worse experience ever they are literally working on there on project here and completely ignores their customers, I've sat here for hours and haven't been assisted yet. Very poor service and it seems like that they helping the white clients that came after me. Maybe they're racist but the experience overall is terrible. Don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

DO NOT COME HERE! ITS BS! This is probably the most hefty price place, happened that the only way to do a title transfer here is with the only two nerds in the first windows and the rest of people there are just to renew tags, so after we waited for these people stupid problems about a fucking letter being wrong in their personalized tag, or another retard who got a fake asz mustang that was not even being recognized in the system for being a replica, the clerk at the window without even asking first about if we had everything we needed to get a new tag, she told us about we needed insurance before getting a tag, so we left to get insurance and since we didnt paid anything, we went to another auto tag that was even cheaper for doing the same thing. But, because this slick old lady there had already requested a title transfer and assigned a new tag to the vehicle we had to go back there to realized they were hefting extra 50 dollars in the total price, this lady waited at the LAST moment to say we needed to have 20$ dollars in cash supposedly for notary, and because we had no cash she like obligated us to use the ATM at this place. When at the beginning we had asked how much in total we needed to have, she couldnt mentioned this until the end after ofc we already waited. And it had to be cash, I was like wtf, is this your lunch money??? We could've got you some Taco Bell if you would've told us before like at the beginning. Just DO NOT COME HERE I SWESR YOU WILL REGRET IT. read more

Never had a long wait. The line at any time was at most three people in. Copied all necessary information in anticipation of some pending paperwork to arrive so I wouldn't have to revisit with my documentation. Staff were patient both visits. They called when paperwork arrived in office and was able to finaliZe everything within 30 minutes. read more

I've purchased 4 tags through Aventura auto tag and everything was seamlessly done. They also have every style available for every type.

Place was a nightmare. Had to go to three different windows and each cashier was more rude than the previous. I know these places are normally bad but this place is god awful. Assuming everyone here speaks poor English if not, they are just incompetent. What a head ache. read more

Always have to wait here even when its empty inside and there is no lines for dealers.. Those hispanics ladies have no idea what customer service is and how to handle clients.. They speak to each other in Spanish and pretend that you are not there.... It feels like you are on Calle Oucho when you are actually in Aventura... For something that takes 5m they keep you waiting more than 30.. Great success in running this sh*t read more

Aventura Auto Tag - Business hours on door. - Registration Services Near Me - Miami, Florida

Unbelievable. I have been coming here for over a year. Our dealership has been registered to this agency for years. You think that they would have better customer service. Today's visit broke the camels back. Besides various "rules" changing constantly, it seems this staff has absolutely zero concern for its customers. It's like you are bothering them with your presence. I have held several customer service positions in my lifetime and know that the number one rule when dealing with customers is that they always come first. These people will make you stand in line even when you have made the line twice already, you will need to redo the line no matter what There could be one on line and until they feel like it and only when they feel like it and are ready too will then make eye contact. At first, I thought that things would change or get better with time being a devoted customer but it just seems like it only gets worse. Miami has rude people all over the place and it seems that the customer service and the staff go right along walking side by side. Just another reason to not move to Florida.... read more

I had a great experience, I really needed help transferring a title the last day they were open this year and they went out of there way to help me. I got there with 45 minutes left to the day and they stayed with me after closing for another 20 minutes to solve my issue! read more

Very rude, all I did was ask a question and the clerk caught an attitude, and the lack of diversity is alarming and disturbing. Pretty bad experience read more

These guys helped me register my car and transfer the title in under 30 minutes. They were friendly and helpful and I've never had such a good experience with licensing place before. You guys rock! read more

Only positive thing about the service was no line and it was fast. But beware of going to a private tag agency place they charged me double for my tag renewal and gave me a remark oh its because you have a lease. Knowing the year before I went to this exact same place and got a tag. Next time Ill schedule a day off to go to the regular DMV. read more

Went there today, and had such a fast and easy experience. Everyone was so nice and helpful and patient with me being that i'm clueless when it comes to these things. Got my car title in less than 15 minutes. (They were also very strict with following social distancing and CDC protocol which was really nice). Thank you guys!!! read more

Quite possibly the slowest service I have ever seen. Only 2 people doing title transfers which takes them 20 minutes per person.

TERRIBLE customer service. I waited over an hour and while the lady was helping me she was on the phone with a personal call. She wasn't knowledgable or helpful, on top of that just rude! I left extremely frustrated. read more

Highly recommend! I came here on Friday February 2, 2018 super last minute & was helped in less than twenty minutes (which if you had ever been to a auto tag place you know that's never the case.) There's a man named Steven who is just the sweetest and was the one who helped me at first and recognized the problem that I did not know was there! He helped me through the process which was a bit difficult and time consuming. The management is super organized and efficient. Definitely will be going back :) read more

NOT recommended!!! This people DONT know nothing about customer service and DONT want and like to work! Terrible and shame place ever!

I've done a few renewals and new tags at this agency and the process has been smooth and quick every time. Their staff is very helpful when it comes to any tag related issue. read more

Started off a little shaky by Steven stepped in and took care of everything!!! Quick, easy and painless.

All I can say is nasty. They obviously don't care about your business if they filter out tons of people per day. In my face he screams next for the next customer to come up. Totally unprofessional. I came that there with an issue they said they would fix it and then they changed their tune the next time I came. When I told them that they just brush it aside and basically asked me to leave the premises. read more

I had an issue renewing my tag online and was instructed t go into my local tag agency. I went to Aventura Tag Agency and could not have been more pleased with the friendly service. Neyma helped my through the process, which turned out to be challenging for her as well. She even had to call Tallahassee to help us through the process. Neyma was true professional and made the experience stress free. Thank you to Neyma for being so wonderful and for helping me, her very first customer of the day at 8AM. I hope the remainder of her day was not as challenging as my issue. read more
