Extremely Disappointing Customer Service…read more As a local resident and business professional in Hallandale Beach, I make a conscious effort to support local establishments. I had passed by this business many times and finally decided to stop in when I needed a temporary parking permit. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I walked in, there were four people present not one acknowledged me or offered a greeting. It felt as if I were invisible. Eventually, one gentleman, seated at the front left, mumbled "may I help you" without even looking up from his computer. I explained what I was looking for, and without making eye contact, he replied that they do sell temporary parking permits, but they didn't have any at the moment. That was it -- no offer to order it, no suggestion to come back, no effort to assist or retain a new customer. I left feeling completely dismissed. Once in my car, I searched for nearby alternatives and found Auto Tags of Hallandale just one block away. There, I was warmly welcomed by Randy, who told me they also didn't have the permit on hand but could order it for same-day pickup by 4 PM. That's what professional and courteous service looks like. She told me that I needed an appointment and I did so. My mom and I showed up and the door was locked. I called the number on the door and Davina said the door would open at 5:15. Another client showed up and I told him the news. He also called and got the same answer. At about 5pm more people showed up. The door opened at 5:15 and Davina swiftly handled our request. In the end, this was a quick way to get a handicap sticker.

I was helped by a lady called Davanna, she appeared to be very friendly and soft spoken, she explained to me the whole process, asked me for the documents I needed it for the transaction and gave me the fees. I ended up going the following Saturday, July 27th of 2024 since I was missing one document, she helped me choose a tag and assured me that the transfer and registration will take no longer than a week. To my surprise a week came by, and I was not contacted, I started calling the office and I realized that the number has been disconnected, when I finally got in touch with Davanna, she told me that the office was closed until further notice, and everything will be processed virtually. Another 2 weeks passed and not a word of my original documents or my money, I finally had to confront her and request my money and documents. Davanna agreed to meet me to give me the documents, I asked for my money which re replied it will have to be refunded a week later We met in person and I have told her that I needed a receipt where it says that I need it my money to be refunded and that I paid $355 originally which she provided it to me. Today is October 8th and this lady disappeared with my money and she doesn't answer my phone calls. I would have never imagined in my wildest dreams that something like this would happen to me in the US . How come I go to an office and pay for a service to be scammed like that? I request that whoever is behind this get in contact with me and return my money back. This is an absolutely disgrace that you will scam people like that posing as a legitimate business.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! We hired Joma to help remove and/or settle some collections off of…read moremy husband's credit report and remove one specific inaccurate late reporting auto finance reporting off of my reports. She also told us she was going to "add tradelines" to my husbands credit report to help build up his credit because he didn't have a lot. (Later we found out this was actually ILLEGAL to do) .She had us pay via Cashapp which should have been the first red flag! After 4 months & hearing nothing back from, I reached out because we were deciding on whether to sell our home or not. I told her to keep working on our files but that I would let her know what we decided on the house. FIVE MONTHS later (8 months after hiring Joma) when I tried to apply for a new car loan, I was told the old inaccurate reporting was still on my account. I called Joma who told me she had done NOTHING On our accounts because "she thought" we wanted to wait until we decided on the house. Something we NEVER told her to do! After asking why exactly she had been doing for us over the EIGHT months since we hired her she said she "couldn't access her system because it was down and would call me later that week."Two weeks later I hadn't heard from her so I reached out AGAIN and she told me she had just gotten access to her system. A business that can access their systems for TWO WEEKS? After almost another week she finally got a "report" of what had been done Over 8 MONTHS. All she had done was She had a couple of old accounts removed from my report (none of which affected my credit in any way and made no change in my report). She had NEVER even contacted the auto financing company I hired her for! On my husbands account she had only removed ONE of FOUR of the report issue companies. She had added NO tradelines at all to build his credit up as agreed on. At this point she FINALLY agreed to reach out to the auto finance company. Again I NEVER heard back so a WEEK later I had to reach out to her for an update. Supposedly they "weren't accepting settlements or negotiations at this time". At this time I demanded a refund since nothing had been done on our account. We paid almost not $2000 and she had just taken the money and "waited". I told her I would report shady business practices to the Better Business Bureau and all relevant sources because she was refusing to refund us. She then threatened to disclose publicly my PERSONAL credit information if I did so! I told her this was against the law and she tried to clean things up! She refused to fully refund the money because they had "done work on our credit" so I demanded the proof of what had actually been done in writing. After another almost TWO WEEKS still nothing she tells me that her attorney has to review everything. Finally on August 18 almost a month 1/2 after trying to get answers we received an agreement from her via email that if we sign they will refund us $1139 of the $1700 we paid BUT we had to agree to not report of slander the company online or on social media. We went on vacation and had our our attorneys review the document then I return the signed document to Joma on September 16, 2021 about 4 weeks later. I received no response From her. I messaged her again a WEEK later and she said I "will receive and email shortly". I asked why I needed to be emailed when all she needed to do was refund the money as per the agreement. No response I messaged her again a WEEK later and she said I "will receive and email shortly". The next evening , I get an email from Joma stating that she was VOIDING the WRITTEN AGREEMENT because we "didn't respond for over a month and a half". The letter was CLEARLY dated August 18th and I returned it on Sept 16th. LESS than a month after & there was NO cut off or sign by date on the later. She is a fraud and scam. My credit didn't truly increase until I took things in my own hands and paid down my credit cards. I have proof from the credit bureaus the increased score is because of my credit utilization went down significantly!

Seriously, Ms. Joma is a miracle worker. I am a college student who has to start applying for…read moreloans. But I didn't have any credit to help me apply for a loan. I ran into Ms. Joma from a class that she does on the weekend. First off this lady is so sweet, there is an ambiance about her that really made me able to trust her with working on me credit. She referred me to contact her office to do a consultation, and her team is awesome like they were just on top of everything. I signed up for her credit builder program, and my score is almost at a 700. And that was just within a month. We still have more steps to do. I was able to pull out a loan and still be able to pay for my classes and do my internship. She knows her stuff and so does her team. They change lives, REALLY!
