STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! We hired Joma to help remove and/or settle some collections off of my husband's credit report and remove one specific inaccurate late reporting auto finance reporting off of my reports. She also told us she was going to "add tradelines" to my husbands credit report to help build up his credit because he didn't have a lot. (Later we found out this was actually ILLEGAL to do) .She had us pay via Cashapp which should have been the first red flag! After 4 months & hearing nothing back from, I reached out because we were deciding on whether to sell our home or not. I told her to keep working on our files but that I would let her know what we decided on the house. FIVE MONTHS later (8 months after hiring Joma) when I tried to apply for a new car loan, I was told the old inaccurate reporting was still on my account. I called Joma who told me she had done NOTHING On our accounts because "she thought" we wanted to wait until we decided on the house. Something we NEVER told her to do! After asking why exactly she had been doing for us over the EIGHT months since we hired her she said she "couldn't access her system because it was down and would call me later that week."Two weeks later I hadn't heard from her so I reached out AGAIN and she told me she had just gotten access to her system. A business that can access their systems for TWO WEEKS? After almost another week she finally got a "report" of what had been done Over 8 MONTHS. All she had done was She had a couple of old accounts removed from my report (none of which affected my credit in any way and made no change in my report). She had NEVER even contacted the auto financing company I hired her for! On my husbands account she had only removed ONE of FOUR of the report issue companies. She had added NO tradelines at all to build his credit up as agreed on. At this point she FINALLY agreed to reach out to the auto finance company. Again I NEVER heard back so a WEEK later I had to reach out to her for an update. Supposedly they "weren't accepting settlements or negotiations at this time". At this time I demanded a refund since nothing had been done on our account. We paid almost not $2000 and she had just taken the money and "waited". I told her I would report shady business practices to the Better Business Bureau and all relevant sources because she was refusing to refund us. She then threatened to disclose publicly my PERSONAL credit information if I did so! I told her this was against the law and she tried to clean things up! She refused to fully refund the money because they had "done work on our credit" so I demanded the proof of what had actually been done in writing. After another almost TWO WEEKS still nothing she tells me that her attorney has to review everything. Finally on August 18 almost a month 1/2 after trying to get answers we received an agreement from her via email that if we sign they will refund us $1139 of the $1700 we paid BUT we had to agree to not report of slander the company online or on social media. We went on vacation and had our our attorneys review the document then I return the signed document to Joma on September 16, 2021 about 4 weeks later. I received no response From her. I messaged her again a WEEK later and she said I "will receive and email shortly". I asked why I needed to be emailed when all she needed to do was refund the money as per the agreement. No response I messaged her again a WEEK later and she said I "will receive and email shortly". The next evening , I get an email from Joma stating that she was VOIDING the WRITTEN AGREEMENT because we "didn't respond for over a month and a half". The letter was CLEARLY dated August 18th and I returned it on Sept 16th. LESS than a month after & there was NO cut off or sign by date on the later. She is a fraud and scam. My credit didn't truly increase until I took things in my own hands and paid down my credit cards. I have proof from the credit bureaus the increased score is because of my credit utilization went down significantly! read more

Seriously, Ms. Joma is a miracle worker. I am a college student who has to start applying for loans. But I didn't have any credit to help me apply for a loan. I ran into Ms. Joma from a class that she does on the weekend. First off this lady is so sweet, there is an ambiance about her that really made me able to trust her with working on me credit. She referred me to contact her office to do a consultation, and her team is awesome like they were just on top of everything. I signed up for her credit builder program, and my score is almost at a 700. And that was just within a month. We still have more steps to do. ZERO STARS - Listen..I spoke with the owner 'Jooma' and she sold me good..she has all this 'experience' she worked for all these companies, she knows all these people. Yeah, maybe she is educated on credit repair, but she's also a snake in the grass. They ask for preauthorization for their payments to work on my account and I have not seen not 1 'update' that was promised to me, nor were any of my high balance accounts ever negotiated. She assigned 'Jade' as the person to work on my account , she never clearly answered questions and obviously had a problem with me emailing her my questions (GET WITH THE TIMES PEOPLE USE EMAIL TO COMMUNICATE NOW) because I get a call from Ms. Jooma to tell me 'I saw you blowing up my staff on email' Let me tell you something lady, you can be as educated as the Einstein of credit repair but until you get 'Customer service 101' down your business will not ever flourish..unless that's what YOU call flourishing. I didnt get what i paid for, i didnt get NOTHING and trust me, neither will you if you use these crooks. I called and Jade was no longer there and I got some fluke story about that. You did not provide the service i paid for, I want my money back. I will be getting it back and I will file WHATEVER needs to be filed in order to do so. you should be damned ashamed of yourself.
