We paid $1,200 for tax services; a 1099 employee filing and a part-time employee filing, simple form data entry yet, they took months to complete. They called us on the very last day for filing April 14,2016 since the month we handed over our documents on February, "hard to believe right"? We kept calling every week to request status and the excuse was always "we are working on it" or they would have questions that unless we called they would not ask, while on the phone. They are so irresponsible we will never request their services again, we felt ripped off completely! To make matters worse, 3 months after filing we receive a letter from the IRS that we needed to re-send a missing form that later we learned this company failed to file, ending up having to pay to file late and penalties. They sold me a life insurance policy based on lies. Instead of giving me the right answers to all my questions they lied to make me believe something else. I was paying $1,500 a month to make 5% on what I put in a year. One of my main concerns and the question I asked repeatedly was if I could take my money out whenever I wanted to and they reassured me that I would be able to take it out whenever I pleased which was a complete lie. They put me on a whole life insurance which I cant take the money out how they had explained to me. After speaking to several other people in the same field as them they advised me that the whole life insurance wasn't beneficial to me and the only reason why Morris & Jose put me on the whole life insurance policy was because they win a $10,000 commission. So pretty much they scammed me and knew what they were doing to cash in on that commission. I am writing this review because I hope no one else falls for this scam!
