They are involved in the community and also support local animal rescues and local businesses by allowing them to set up in front of the store/in the parking lot. The service has always been satisfactory and typically quick. They also offer complementary fresh popped popcorn which I think is such a nice touch. I personally come here to buy food for my flock (chickens and ducks) and the peach rings.. lol! I always forget to snag pictures but they have lots of items within their inventory. Within the store, they have tools, clothing/shoes, livestock feed/items, guns, fishing items (including bait/live worms), dog items, uhaul services, and so much more. They have live chicks (seasonally) as well which I have to shield my eyes from looking at.... :). Lately they have typically been priced at $5.99 a chick (or more depending on breed). They have had some really awesome breeds in the past. I do feel the value is comparable to other feed stores within the area throughout the years. The prices have raised in the last year so I haven't done a comparison price for price recently. For poultry feed specifically, they offer Country Companion (CC), Nutrena, Purina, Kruse's Perfection and organic brands (this list is not inclusive of all items just the ones I remember). The typical items I purchase are below which I had the price available for as of February 2024: 50# CC scratch is $17.49 a bag 50# CC 16% layer pellets $19.99 a bag 40# Kruse's Perfection super 9 superior scratch $22.99 Peach rings $2.99 per 7 Oz bag

Have good experiences in store, but NEVER do delivery…read more Scheduled delivery for washer/dryer. Delivery was scheduled from 3-7pm, notified us day before at 5:45pm. Which makes time off for homeowners incredibly difficult. They proceeded to mark delivery "failed with attempt to deliver" with a blacked out photo at 5:41pm, leaving no proof of attempt to delivery. This is a complete and utter lie, see next section. I was home all day, our ring camera shows no history of this "attempt" to deliver. Proceeded to call support and they could not provide any details except that it was rescheduled and they have no idea why. The tracker for delivery showed no details, changed 4 times, and ended up leaving it as "delayed." This is completely unacceptable and we are now left with our washer/dryer disconnected (because they require them to be upon arrival) and have to take another day off work as the new delivery is now 5 days later into another weekday.

I waited weeks for Lowe's to send someone to measure my mobile‑home door for a replacement. When…read morethe contractor finally arrived, he told me my door "did not qualify" under Lowe's installation rules -- rules that are nowhere posted on their website or disclosed at purchase. The person they sent was an independent contractor who showed up dressed like he was headed to the beach -- shorts, T‑shirt, no ID, no professionalism. I honestly thought a lost senior citizen had wandered onto my property. This is not acceptable for a company representing itself as a trusted home‑improvement provider. I've spent over $3,000 on Lowe's products this year alone, but this experience showed me a complete lack of transparency, accountability, and respect. Sending someone who looks unvetted and unprofessional to a customer's home is an insult. I'm moving on, because this company has proven to be deceptive, disorganized, and a waste of my time.

Today I went in because I had bought a 6 pack of LED flood light bulbs for our kitchen, when only 2 were bad at that time. Now it is 6 months later, and in trying to use the other new bulbs I found that only 1 of the 4 worked, and the rest were defective from the factory! I took the box back with the receipt, when the cashiers told me that THEIR WARRANTY to exchange or return items is only 30 days, even though the warranty from the manufacturer is 5 years. Therefore if I try to exchange defective items after 31 days, they will refer me to the manufacturer. I realize that each Ace is privately owned, which is why I try to patronize them whenever possible. Unfortunately I cannot count on them given their rigid policy, so I guess I will go to Home Depot from now on, as they would have exchanged these defective bulbs after 6 months, regardless of their store policy. There is such a thing as the "spirit of the law" versus the "Letter of the law", and even the big box stores will look at the facts before chasing customers away. Too bad that the owner of this Ace stores does not give their people the latitude to make decisions that will maintain their customer relations, especially when they could have easily exchanged these bulbs with their distributor. UPDATED on 5/27/26: Since leaving this review I reached out to the manufacturer of these bulbs, and they then sent me 3 more bulbs to replace these non-working ones. I also received an e-mail from a manager of the company, when they advised me that they wanted to make this right, and that I could return to the store to exchange these bulbs. I replied that I had already had them replaced by the manufacturer, but I greatly appreciate their review and willingness to follow through in this exchange. I now understand that nothing is returnable at Ace after 30 days, just like with Amazon! I will return back to Ace in the future, but I will have to check everything within their 30 day return period in order to avoid this issue again. Any warranty claims may only be resolved directly with the manufacturer.

Ace delivers and installs all their grills for no additional charge that cost over a certain dollar amount. I think it's $399. Even though Ace features Traeger products, they sell other brands as well. We ended up buying a Recteq. The smoker arrived a day or two prior to when the website stated it would. Ruggiero's Ace had a couple guys deliver it to our house and they had it set up very quickly. The smoker has worked flawlessly ever since. And I use it a lot! We buy all our supplies from there as well. I realize that you can buy spice blends, sauces and pellets for less elsewhere, but will you get better service? And I always use the Ace app. There are some good deals to be had on there!
