The fridge broke down immediately and we had to wait for a week to get a confirmation on that. Then we waited a month + for the replacement of the compressor- the repair guy went out on vacation. No help from coco plum. I know the warranty is locked in with the purchase agreement but we could have gotten some wiggle room with the service calls. Very disappointing. I've since bought a washer and Dryer (LG) a cooking stove (Samsung) from Home Depot. No more coco plum for us!!!'

Wow! How often do you call an electrican and get service and repair in 45 minutes. We tried to fix…read morethe problem ourselves. But how we handled it wasn't quite right...problem not solved. So I called Dompier Electric on a Sunday when we failed. Their answering service said they would leave a message and they would return my call on Monday. Since I'd been living with the problem already that sounded good to me. On Monday I decided to make sure my message got through. I discovered that after giving them my payment information the repairman was on his way. Within 30/45 minutes the serviceman was here and within a half hour the problem was solved. I'm glad I took this rating with, as they say, "a grain of salt". Great Job Dompier Electric. Yelp/Facebook error. Should be Jane M of Vermont.

They said they would run some numbers and send an estimate. I called three times over the course of a month and a half. Each time the owner told me he was putting the estimate in the mail that day. The estimate never arrived. This was a fairly big job too. If their attention to detail and customer service is that bad I would not chance their work results not being just as poor.
