Brian was the technician assigned to the job, and he was outstanding. The installation required running multiple cables through the attic in nearly 90-degree Florida weather, yet he worked efficiently and completed the entire installation flawlessly in just a few hours. The quality of his work was excellent, and the finished product looks great. This was my second time hiring SAV Technology, and Ariel did a great job both times. The first…read moretime, he installed a TV on a concrete column between walls of windows -- I was skeptical, but he made it look fantastic. When I moved, he removed the bracket and reinstalled it with my TV and speaker at my new place, along with a Samsung Frame TV and another speaker below. The setup looks clean and well done. I had a couple of concerns: during the Frame install, it sounded like he may have hit metal when drilling, and during the previous bracket reinstall, I briefly worried about the electrical panel behind. Also, the blue protective blankets left dye on my tile floors, which took a few scrubs to remove -- so a heads-up if you have porous tiles. Overall, very happy with the results -- just shy of 5 stars due to those small issues.

I've been purchasing from Alarm Grid for years, and recently decided to replace my Honeywell L5200…read moreLYNX Touch panel that was no longer functioning properly. I put it off for months, but when I finally started researching replacement options, Alarm Grid's videos and information were everywhere--YouTube, forums, and Google searches. After learning that my old panel was discontinued, Alarm Grid's resources clearly explained how to upgrade to the Honeywell/Resideo PROA7PLUS ProSeries 7-inch touchscreen panel, along with adding the PROTAKEOVER module to maintain compatibility with my existing Honeywell 5800 Series wireless sensors. I ordered both the panel and module and received them in just five days with free shipping. Installation was straightforward thanks to Alarm Grid's step-by-step YouTube videos. I did initially have trouble configuring my window and door sensors, but after realizing they needed to be set to "Service 2" in the programming, all my 5816 sensors worked perfectly. I also decided to add monitoring with app-based arm/disarm for just $10 per month. Nicholas Fuller activated my system remotely and made the entire process seamless. Huge thanks to Alarm Grid and the entire team for their expertise, professionalism, and top-notch customer service. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience!

Scheduled an appointment and did something that happens rarely in Miami, they were here on time! They worked efficiently and kept me in the loop at all time. I was actually missing a cable and they came by two weeks letter to install it without charging extra. Did a custom install of the amp. These guys can do it all and at a very reasonable price.
