I didn't realize when I ordered that there is no storefront. But, that is ok. This was the only online or retail merchant that could access a specific heritage arms revolver that I wanted, with both barrels, 9 shot, and with fiber optic sights. And the price was better than I've seen anywhere. I was nervous after reading through the reviews but it got to my FFL within 2 weeks (which isn't great but it is a novelty and didn't really care when it arrived). I think 4/5 is acceptable. maybe 4.5 but I can't do that on this rating. read more

It seems like this place is hit or miss. I had no problem with my order. I got what I ordered. When I had a question about the item they looked into it and got back to me promptly. It was a smooth, uneventful transaction. read more

CenterFire Guns is a scam, I purchased a rifle that was supposed to have a 3.5lb single stage trigger but instead received a mil spec trigger. I emailed customer service and was told that was an old model which costs more yet the description of the item clearly states it was supposed to come with it. Now my emails are ignored and I'm forced to contact my credit card company for a resolution. Please do yourself a favor and shop at a reputable retailer, scammers like these ruin the online shopping experience! You will NOT get what you paid for with this company. Update: After a lot of email exchanges, CenteFire did honor the deal and shipped a replacement trigger. read more

This place is outstanding. I needed a gun shipped to me for delivery by 9/13 so I can take my new toy on a trip. But I didn't order the firearm until Thursday/yesterday 9/7. Before ordering, I spoke with Brandon, a CSR with CenterFire who assured me that if I place my order by the 7th, it would arrive at my FFL by the 13th. Well, not only was he absolutely correct in stating that my gun would arrive on time, but the package, as I am writing this, is out for delivery today/Friday, a mere day AFTER I ordered it. In fact, It will get there before I can even legally pick it up. Now that's incredible, high-quality customer service by this organization and Brandon. I would highly recommend this place for your next purchase and see for yourself how service-oriented CenterFire truly is. I think you'll be extremely pleased. Needless to say, I will be ordering from CenterFire again. read more

Ordered a Sig P365MS on Friday 13 May 2020 (should have known - Fri 13th!) shipped to an FFL listed as "On File" near me. It was listed as "In stock" with a "shipping within 1 business day of FFL approval" promise. On Tuesday, having heard nothing, I emailed (no option to call) to be told their inventory had screwed up and they were cancelling my order. In the meantime (this is Covid-19 panic start-up) local supplies of the Manual Safety have disappeared or increased in price. I have to wonder how long they would have let it sit if I hadn't rattled their cage. Not happy and will not be trying them again. read more

Had an issue with an FFL listed and there phone number says "we will call you back in 2-3 days" Like im calling just to chat. A business like this should have staff available. Fail! read more

Placed an order and was emailed a conformation then got an email the next day staying it was out of stock. I was lucky another store had one for $20 cheaper as it was rare and I ordered accessories for it already. I will not risk using them again :-( read more

Don't waste your time. This website should be taken down for faking so many people. They say they have stuff in stock, but they don't. Prices are too good to be true because they don't have anything in stock. Make a purchase from them and it will be cancelled in a few days. They suck. read more

CenterfireGuns has now contacted me and the situation is being handled so I am updating my review accordingly. read more

No storefront. Open 3 hours a day. Someone's hobby apparently. Absolutely horrible customer service. Very rude. Five emails just to get an RMA. Slow shipping. Don't bother. read more

I purchased a revic pmr 428 on July 28. Within a hour I was called to verify I purchased it since it's high dollar item lady told me it would go out today July 28. Couple days go by no tracking so I email them no response until Friday 31 they email saying it's in shipping department will go out today you will receive tracking. Still no tracking I send few emails no response until Tuesday August 4 sorry we were out of office it's in shipping it will go out today. Well today is August 6 still no response or money back or a scope so now I have to order else where and overnight it since I need it by August 7 and do a charge back on these people. They also don't use phone. There using covid as a excuse for poor customer service read more

I bought a firearm from them two weeks ago. The firearm arrived with sights. I contacted them and they said the manufacturer told them that model does contain sights. But the advertisement and the model specifications they used show sights are included. They have refused to correct this issue which is at the least false advertising, and the worst terrible customer service. I would look at other companies, run away from this one as they don't want to help you. read more

This company came through for me, they did a fine job correcting a problem out of their control and made me a happy customer...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I paid with my debt card and 5 business days later after the charge cleared they still have a hold placed on my card for the 400.00 and will not remove the hold. So basically they are holding my money hostage! Very bad way to do business! AVOID read more

What a badly run business. Bought a pistol for a great price. Item was "in stock". They don't have a customer service phone # so they force you to use the online contact us method. Tried asking for a simple update on when it will ship. Nothing.. tried for three days straight without a single reply. Online customer service is a joke. After a while I just gave up trying. All the while the item kept going in and out of stock. Then the price goes up and after a bit over a week later they randomly respond with a sorry this item is out of stock and we ordered more.. they cancelled and refunded me without even asking if I wanted to wait for my item. Again the price went up from what I paid.. hmmm odd. So they don't reply, don't ship timely, don't let you call in, don't actually mean "in stock", and will cancel your order if they sold it too low.. well that's just a great business model.. read more

Love this place! Always friendly, always helpful, will still do gun transfers from Gunbroker (other shops could care less about customer needs). Have found some great deals here as well as some hard to find items in stock. Willing to notify you when it comes back into stock. Seems to have a great internet presence and company is technically advanced, way ahead of other gun stores! THANK YOU!!!!! read more

CenterfireGuns is a pleasure to do business with. Super fast shipping and great communication throughout the process.

This company is awesome. They helped me so much take care of getting the gun my husband wanted.

I recently ordered a firearm from Centerfire. The price was decent and they said it was in stock and would ship in 1 business day. A week later and two Emails I have not received information on either the firearm or shipping. The only phone number is a recording that directs you back to the Email. I order firearms on average of one or two a month and have always had great success until I tried this vendor. I will not use them again. read more

Top notch FFL and armory. Stock is mostly on their website, but Lecia will help you find anything. Small store, great service. Sometimes a candy bowl too! read more

Got great price on hand gun. They shipped fast. I would give 5 stars, but they only do email support. I guess this is way to keep cost down and then offer lower prices. Their email support email support was responsive. If they can find way to keep prices low and offer phone support, boom 5 stars. I had good experience. read more

Horrible service, their internet communication is a joke. This place needs a direct line to handle firearm related issues on the spot. It's obvious the people saying "great communication" never actually got a hold of someone and only got the automated emails. This place is an epic fail! Do not order and expect to ever get an answer to a question read more

Poor communication. Had an issue with an order, so I tried calling their number. All you get is a recording saying leave a message and we will get back to you in 3 days. So I emailed them. Got a response but they offered no solution to the problem. Replied to them saying that I was hoping to get the issue worked out but if not then I will take my money elsewhere. Never got a response. Huge waste of time. read more

worst customer service i have ever experienced. keep making promises they don't keep. have tied up my money for three weeks with nothing to show for it by extreme aggravation. STAY AWAY. You will regret ever having contacted them. there is a reason their reviews across the net are so low. read more
