Do not purchase a car from this dealer. I made the terrible mistake of believing their sale pitch…read moreand accepting the fact that the car was inspected and passed just days before the I purchased a Jeep Patriot. Within a month the vehicle vibrated and so bad we decided it was dangerous to drive. Seems the inspection station failed to see the holes rusted through the frame of the car and never should have passed inspection according to the legitimate and honest mechanic who found the problems. The tailpipe rusted through where it connected to the engine and feel off while driving. The final straw was when the right front axle rusted so bad that the axle disconnected from the front right wheel and the car became a three wheel drive instead of AWD. The dealer refused to offer any corrective actions quoting "You signed the Purchased as is document" and the "30 day warranty had expired. Should you find a car there you like and take it to a real mechanic and have them inspect the vehicle and assure you that it is mechanically safe to drive. Pine Manor is not to be trusted. I must say that jack's delivers on so many levels. first off, they came highly recommended by at least four different people that have been in the area for a looong time. they have a nice sized lot. the office does look a little older, but i believe they've been around for a long time. i have been there twice already in a short period of time. i've had both major work and minor work done there. and each time i have been very happy with the service. jack's has been nothing but flexible in regards to scheduling, dropping off and picking upmy car. and they have been by far the best cust svc i have experienced in a very long time. they have always answered their phones and returned calls and even provided follow up calls. I know that sounds standard, but if you've been to a nbr of garages you will know that it is not the norm. not only that, but they are prepared with plenty of drop envelopes for key drops... they keep your contact information on file. just very considerate of customer interactions. and the workers (three of whom i've spoken with in person or on the phone) all seem genuinely nice. that paired with the so far exceptional work they have done, i am already a loyal customer! :o) other garages no more! ;o)

Mike went through his inventory giving me choices to consider. He came up with several suggestions, and I agreed on a car. He offered financing that was attractive and gave me a good value for my trade. I decided I'd talk to my bank and made a good deal on the financing that worked out well for me. I picked the car up today in the pouring rain and Steff made that easy too. It was a pleasant experience all the way and I'd recommend them to anyone who is not a new car buyer. JTMIV
