Our showing was at 4:45pm we arrived about 15mins before just incase there was a long line at the concession. When we entered we went straight to the self serve kiosk, although someone was the front he was helping others. They do have a full bar. The line went fairly quick. Our order: 4 kids box: popcorn, drinks and a snack, small popcorn with 2 waters. It was the day before Toy Story 5 premiere and was a bit disappointed to not see a lot of the souvenirs displayed. Even the kids popcorn box wasn't Toy Story themed. Not sure if they sold out already or they were saving it for Friday. The popcorn was fresh and delicious, they also add butter to the top as requested. The seats here are reclined and so comfortable, the temp was just right, not hot or freezing cold. We went to the standard showing. The restrooms clean, I was so happy and surprised to see sanitary barrier cloths on the diaper changing tables. Overall, it was a great experience!

The seats were really comfy with a little table... they reclined all the way back... the sound system was great... It was just a great visit overall. It's a little far from my home but it was worth the drive. I will be back!

This place is pretty quiet during day. And who am I kidding, I loved that. But they should have…read moreinfo/signage about how to check in at kiosks. I haven't been to the theaters in years and we went to take my daughter to Toy Story 5-great film, go see it- and we pre purchased our tickets, and I didn't know what to do when we got there. No ticket taker, but there was a lady on the phone at customer service, so we stopped and waited. She was giving lots of info on the phone but hardly acknowledged us. Finally she said "I'll be right with you." Then when she was off and I told her we just need to scan the code, she was like, "ohh!! Of course!!" Then said that we could have used the kiosks way on the other side behind the ticket purchase are. There's just no clear path for check in options and if they are going to pay someone to stand there, put up a sign please! The concession stand was stocked and no line. $38 for a large popcorn and 2 large sodas. Damn. But that's life right? Popcorn was fresh, free extra plates and cups, free butter and jalapeños. And soda was the large pick your flavor Coke machines. Our day tickets were $10, plus a $2 fee per ticket. *rolls eyes* but could I have purchased them at the theater without a convenience fee, I'm still not sure. They have lots of bathrooms. Staff is willing to help you find your seats and move others if they are not abiding to the seat rules (you pay for a seat and sit where you paid), when you can find staff. The seats are weird and were a bit hard for my 3 year old to sit in. But the cup holders in between go up, so I was able to put that up and hold my leg against her chair to keep it from folding up on her. I'm griping more about how much theaters have changed than Maya itself. All the staff we interacted with were nice enough and the place was clean, restrooms stocked. Bonus it's close to home. We will be back for Moana 2. :)

We checked online and saw that there were many seats available, so we decided to buy our tickets at the theater. Love that there is a senior discount and even a senior discount day. Bought tickets for all and headed to get popcorn and a drink. We always get a large popcorn and drink combo and complimentary containers for the kiddos to put popcorn in, they don't eat much. You get one free popcorn refill with the price. That works just fine. Cup holders available and comfortable seating. We enjoy coming here to watch movies and then going to Mad Duck after to eat.

It's a little worn down, but ya gotta love Fresno's history and the group, promoter who brought Chris Isaak to Fresno. Did you know he's a Valley guy from Stockton? I had balcony seats. I had a great view of the stage and the entire place. Keep in mind there are No elevators. Stairs only. The plus is there are concessions and restrooms on the second floor. The concert was great. The sound was excellent. Performer sang a lot of his hits. He even came up to the balcony area where I was sitting. I'll post that on my social media profiles. The video is too long for Yelp. Next is Tim Allen in a couple of weeks. See you some more on Yelp 2026

WAS TOLD I SHOULD HAVE HID MY VAPES BETTER. NO. Out of line. It's what I use to control my CPTSD, but it's free product for y'all, right? My mother's death anniversary just passed, but I guess it doesn't matter what someone is going through underneath it all, long as you can grift 'em, right? Security: TRASH. Management: TRASH. Venue: NOW ALSO TRASH. We drove for hours to come to this show, and you ruined my weekend by stealing from me, something I need to help keep me from vibrating off the ground with anxiety. Deplorable, all of you. Y'all are not empathetic and just outright awful. Enjoy my reviews, you absolute monsters.

I'm standing outside for THREE HOURS in weather over 100 degrees. Tana con was probably better than this. Someone literally passed out in front of me because we were out there in the heat for so long. THINGS ONLY GOT WORSE. When I FINALLY got in, the actual air was wet. The walls were wet, the floors were wet, all from sweat and NO air facilitated into the small venue. I got in the building in time to see the main act. Even HE had to cut his performance short because it was NOT safe for people. I saw TWO people being carried out because they passed out. There were CHILDREN at this show. What is wrong with this venue?? How could the firefighters seriously not call this show off? People LITERALLY were being carried out, and not the woah that's crazy cool story bro, like kids 15 years old passing out from dehydration and lack of air. How this venue was able to host this event, I will not understand. How this venue did not take proper steps to make sure people were enjoying their show safely, I do not understand. They were clearly more concerned with making money rather than the safety of CHILDREN. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING TO ANY EVENT AT THIS VENUE WITHOUT THEM SERIOUSLY GETTING THEIR SH*T TOGETHER. You've ran your business for so long in Fresno you KNOW DAM WELL how hot it gets. This should not have happened.
