When I arrived, they took my temperature on my wrist, which I understand has to be done, and they were really relaxed and respectful about it. Then, when Erika came to take me back, she talked through what I wanted with me, offering her suggestions when I needed them. The shampoo was very nice, their quiet sink room was really relaxing, and when my hair was cut and they needed to dry it, Erika had a second stylist help her, which really made me happy.
