Apparently my medical insurance did not deem them necessary! I have never had to pay for eye care, including when I had cataract surgery. Got whopped with a $68 bill. This group is out for the money only. Performed unneeded tests. Went back for my glasses 4 times before they finally got it straight. So, I paid the $68 to get them out of my life. I had ordered a pair of prescription Ray-Ban sunglassses on Oct. 20th and they were supposed to arrive two weeks later (Nov. 3rd) for an epic road trip to the desert southwest. They did not arrive, so I had to drive 2,500 miles without sunglasses. On Wednesday (Nov. 5th) they called and advised that my glasses were ready for pickup. I returned today, but they could not find them. Turns out, they forgot to tint them! WHO BUYS UNTINTED RAY-BANS? So they had to send them back to the lab. Every single pair of glasses I've ordered through Terrezza have been wrong! On one occasion, an optical staff member forgot to include the prism, a critical oversight when that's part of the prescription! Every other time, it been a screw-up by the lab, also owned by Dr. Gene Terrezza. Several weeks ago, I took my wife to pick up her new RX glasses...guess what? No prism on her new lenses either! I CAN NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! Take your business to a place that values Quality Control (QC), because Gene Terrezza obviously has lost sight of that valuable commodity.
