The prescription I received this last visit is apparently in an odd notation format only useable by their in-house eyeglasses shop. It is rejected by online vendors who offer more reasonable pricing. Its a negative sphere notation instead of the positive sphere more commonly used and was used in my last prescription. All calls, 100% are screened by a call center that will not even connect you to that CFS Location. They will not accept message s for the Doctor to respond. I've called 5-6 times and left messages in the Medical Records, Operator, etc. without the courtesy of a response. I even spoke after hours to on-call, Dr McKnight, personally and he said he'd have the Physician respond the next day. Nothing. REally never going back to this practice. Terrible. read more

I went into the office for a simple eye exam and during the exam the doctor and his assistant both took turns at checking my eye pressure multiple times and they scratched my cornea. I have been in such pain for 2 days. Every time I open my eye I have tears running down my cheek and their response is put some cream in your eye and wait till tomorrow. It's been 2 days. It's the worst eye doctor experience I've ever had in my life. And once speaking to the on-call doctor he tells me put the goop in your eye and then let me know tomorrow how it's doing. read more

The girl upfront answering the phone was rude, never returns phone calls. I have heard negative things about this place after they never would return my call. Too many other choices in the area who is nice and will return your call. read more

This place has everything. An incredibly rude and demeaning front office staff, a glasses center that charges you three times what anyone else in the area would charge for the same frames/ lenses, and a long wait time to receive your glasses when everyone else on the planet can get them done in a week or two. Big problem with appointment scheduling. Wife showed up 27 Jan 0845 and was told appointment was for 1 Feb 1345. Receptionist also told wife her Tricare referral had expired. Wife tried to explain she was Tricare for life(Medicare primary) and receptionist was clueless. Not helpful, or even friendly attitude. Found another Doc with earlier appointment. Do not recommend this practice. read more

WARNING: DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. Not friendly, don't buy glasses unless you want to pay a higher price. My insurance had a no co-pay on my frames/ lens. They wanted to charge me over $100 for my glasses. Out of the blue Denise tells us she doesn't make any money. Never ask that question. They failed to tell you why the charge. Great place. I was having trouble with my previous glasses not fitting my head. They had a set with style that fit my head. They molded them to my head so I was not constantly pushing them up on my nose. I even went back for a couple of adjustments and they were happy to help me. read more

I'm giving this business three starts because I like my optometrist, Dr. Michael Richardson, very much. I get confused during eye exams and often have to ask him to repeat steps or try another lens. He is very kind and patient with me. I have zero complaints about his care. As for the business, I'd give it zero stars if I could. The employees are unfriendly and unhelpful, and they rush you out of there if it's getting near their lunch time. Also, their glasses are ridiculously expensive. I mean, reediculous. read more
