We'll, as we're unpacking the car, one of my kids pulled the door shut, and poof, we were locked out! I went across the street to a neighbor's, and she got out the phone book. It was lunchtime, and I told them what happened. They said they could have somebody there in 20 minutes, perhaps. My son and I sat on the porch, and their truck drove up in under 10 minutes. They were not able to open my door lock, so they had to drill out the old lock cylinder and replace it. They told me they had a minimum fee for a lock out and as he was drilling, I was thinking - this will cost me extra. He had replaced the lock in under 20 minutes, and even gave me 4 keys for my new lock and then charged me just their minimum. I would definitely recommend them anytime you need a locksmith.

Cameras didn't work from the beginning and when we called to…read morehave them looked at, we were today there was a $149 fee just to have the technician come to the house and additional fees for the work done. Mind you, we were paying a monthly service fee for any services that were needed. After fulfilling our side of the 2 year contract, we called to cancel. We were told there would be no kore charges and then the next month my card was charged. Called ADT again and was told the funds would be refunded to my card. Here we are almost 3 weeks later and still no refund. Lesson learned for me will hopefully help someone in the future when they think about doing business with ADT. Don't do business with ADT. Stick to the ring or blink cameras, they work 1000% better and don't cost nearly as much.
