Unfortunately I had to place my brother and sister in an Assisted living home due to their health. I used the Center for Disability as a pool trust as per Medicaid guidelines.The bills I submitted were continually paid late. I called the Pool Trust to complain that the bills were being paid late. I was told that they they need 5-10 days to get the bills paid. I told them that their prospectus that they sent me that the bills would be paid 1-2 days. they told me that they're goal is 5-10 days. I told them that the prospectus that they sent me was 1-2 days to be paid. I even sent them a copy of their own prospectus that stated 1-2 days for a bill to be paid but they kept telling me that three goal is 5-10 days. I even spoke to the head person who kept telling me their goal to get a bill paid is 5-10 days. She ignored me when i told her that the prospectus states its 1-2 days.
