We contracted with L.A. Roofing for a full roof replacement after major storm damage to our home…read more The project included the main roof, garage roof and repairs to our interior ceilings. From beginning to end, the team was professional, timely and efficient. Brandon was our main point of contact and he was excellent throughout the entire process. While there were a few minor unrelated hiccups early on, thanks to Brandon's diligence, he went above and beyond to resolve them quickly. His clear communication and follow-through made a big difference and kept the project on track. The roofing crew worked fast without sacrificing quality, showed up on time and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. Everything--from the exterior roof work to the interior ceiling repairs--was completed to a high standard. We're very happy with the final results and would highly recommend L.A. Roofing to anyone needing storm-related repairs, roof replacement or interior restoration work. Thanks again to Brandon and the entire team!

I was delighted by my experience with Major Home Improvement, and I want to share how impressed I…read moream with their quality and efficiency. From the very beginning, the process was clear and reassuring. Quote Process: We started by seeking multiple quotes for our home renovation. I personally reached out to 15 companies in our area for the job, which included replacing our roof, gutters, siding, windows, and doors. Tom Smith from Major Home Improvement visited us and provided a detailed presentation of materials and options with no pressure or aggressive sales tactics. Of the 15 companies, eight refused to provide written quotes, four offered written quotes lacking detail, and three provided thorough information on products, costs, and timelines. After careful research, Major Home Improvement stood out for their reputation and the quality of their products, ultimately tipping the scale in their favor. Installation Team: Once we decided to move forward, Tanya from the office staff was very kind and courteous, efficiently scheduling every aspect of the project. The installation team--Philip, Edwin, Ivan, and field supervisor Mark--all performed exceptionally. Philip and Edwin, in particular, worked tirelessly and demonstrated strong dedication, ensuring the area around our house was spotless at the end of each day. Ivan and his team handled the doors and windows with impressive attention to detail, taking extra time to guarantee everything was perfect. Mark visited the site several times, making sure the project was running smoothly and promptly answering any questions I had. Final Outcome: The entire experience was a pleasure, marked by clear communication, hard-working staff, and outstanding results. One memorable moment was watching Philip and Edwin work late into the evening just to leave our property clean and safe--a gesture that truly made an impression. Thank you, Tom and the crew, for your dedication throughout the project. Without question, if I had to do this job all over again, I would absolutely choose Major Home Improvement. Their professionalism, quality, and commitment to customer satisfaction made the entire process stress-free and rewarding. I highly encourage anyone considering home renovations to trust Major Home Improvement for exceptional service from start to finish.

I honestly cannot say enough about Rain Day Roofing. I had a leak in my roof that another company…read moredidn't fix properly, and stopped communicating. Luckily through reviews like this one, I found the Golden Goose of honest, quality roofers! My first text on a Sunday was promptly returned and we had a meeting scheduled. Brendan was on time for our meeting to the minute! From there, a thorough review of my roof was done, and the problem was identified. Setting up a day for the work was simple, and every step of the way was communicated through text or email. I never waited more than a short while for a response. The day of the work, I was kept up to date on when they were on the way, and how the work was progressing. After the work was done I was informed of everything that was done, where the issue was, and how it was PROPERLY fixed. Anyone who has ever had roof work done knows that it is always a mess after...not with Rain Day Roofing. I haven't found a shingle, nail, or anything around the yard. They even went around the house several times with a magnet to make sure everything was right. Brendan also went the extra mile for us as he noted some granular loss on the shingles. He is contacting GAF with some receipts to see if they will meet their product warranty. Something he doesn't have to do, but shows the character of the company. I hope I won't need any roof work done anytime soon, but if I do I know who I am going to call! Don't be fooled by the companies with big trucks, fancy folders, and teams of estimators. Work with the people who are going to take care of you. I have already referred them to several people, including two of my neighbors!
