He and his team did a great job in the sewer replacement. They came early on the days of the job and work diligently to complete the work. It was a pretty extensive job, digging two holes, one on the street, one on my property, then SDR 17 pipe was pulled from my property to the main. The Seaside city required the work to include paving the street with 20 ft by 10 ft asphalts to covered the hole on the street. That had took the whole day, but it was beautifully done. The material and amount of work required was actually more than the estimate, but Carlos stuck with the price of the bid. I really appreciate Carlos work ethic. I had worked with several contractors and they had all charged me additional cost on top of the bids. I would recommand Carlos for his professionalism, great communication and honesty.

He arrived promptly and exposed the dry rot in the areas of concern, developed a material list, and said I'll see you in the morning (on a Saturday).
