I have not been to a cell phone repair shop before but felt comfortable right away. While in there several repeat customers came in to get their phone repaired! When he says, "15 mins." it is REALLY 15 minutes. My iPhone 8 had died & I had been without a phone for over 24 hours and was beyond panicked! I walked out of there within 35 minutes with a new phone, all data moved over and an accessory for just over $300! I highly recommend!!

He "fixed" the phone and I got it back the following day and I sent the phone off to be traded in. Soon after the phone stopped working and the screen began flashing a green light and my trade in denied and I was sent back the phone. I'm writing this review because the owner of the store was unwilling to look at my phone without charging me again for the questionable work that he performed on it. He insinuated that I damaged the phone again rather than consider his work to have been faulty. I suspect he used aftermarket parts on my iPhone or did not install it properly which caused it to malfunction. Now I know why he offered me a reasonable price. The quality of his work will not last and you'll be out of your phone. I also suspect he did not properly assess the damage of the phone and only fixed parts of the problem. Take your business elsewhere. The customer service was extremely poor and disrespectful. The owner would not even listen to understand the problem before accusing me of breaking the phone again.

Doors said they open at 10 AM and their website says the same thing. It was 9:30 when I got there so I decided to wait. I waited til 11:15 before I decided to try to get home! Again, I am completely lost in this new area, and I had to drive around for an hour before I finally realized where I was and made it home. If they would have been open at their normal time this wouldn't have been an issue! Very disappointed this all happened and wasted almost 2 hours of my time not to get help.

That evening the phone begin to freeze up. It still functioned, I received calls and texts but the screen was frozen. The next day I returned to Kwik and they said that they again replaced the LED screen with another one. The problem did not go away. I would need to re-boot the phone at least 1-2 times per hour to use. Apple said that basically, Kwik ruined the phone. I had no choice to buy a new iPhone for $1100.00. Do not use this service for any repair on a phone unless you want one that is totally useless. I feel they totally ripped off a customer not only by charging $200+ for bogus repairs and then ruining a perfectly good, operable phone.

Michael responded to my quote request really quickly and fit me in during a busy holiday week between Christmas and New Year's. He walked me through the process, worked fast, and was very thorough. He even added a screen protector for free and would not accept a tip, even though I tried (I still did for the superior service!). Super friendly, great conversation, and his shop was clean and welcoming (plus he has a cute dog named Angel). He also cleaned my whole phone, including the case. I would recommend Michael to anyone looking for a reliable, honest repair.

Then I brought them more difficult task Xiaomi phone with fingerprint sensor. They told me that there are 2 options - cheaper, but without the sensor, and more expensive, but it would work as original. I have picked up the later. When the phone was ready, I found out that the sensor was not working. And there it started. Instead of admitting the mistake, they started blaming me. The lady (later she appeared to be the owner's wife) came out to the front and told that the sensor needs to be initiated after screen replacement. I asked to help me with that, but then she told that there was a water damage exactly where the sensor sat. But the phone clearly showed that the sensor was not working. I did not shout, I only asked one question - why did you lie to me and why are you lying now. The exited lady when back, saying that she would put my old screen back. Then the owner appeared and insulted me with the statement that I am not welcome there any more; that I brought troubles to their establishment. After all instead of suggesting me to adjust the price of suggest me any other kind of satisfaction, they told me to pay in full or they would put my old screen back. I had to pay but this was the biggest frustration of the year for me. I always try to support local business and this was very my disappointing. I came in to pick up my phone and the charger I had left. Now he said the phone wasent repairable. He did not offer me anything like he said he would AND he tried to keep my charger...when I asked him for it he had to think a minute, then, he unplugged it from his computer and thre it onto the counter...so disrespectful if you ask me, using my property without my knowledge.
