Two days later, the watch shut down again. When I returned to discuss the problem, the representative became defensive, called me a liar, and refused to review the cameras he had mentioned. I had remained patient throughout the process and was not disrespectful, so this treatment was completely unacceptable. I paid $25 after he initially quoted $30-$35, yet he said I should be grateful because he had done more work than I paid for. The money is not the main issue--the lack of communication, poor workmanship, repeated promises, and unprofessional behavior are. I cannot recommend this location.

Alyssa was so nice and answered all of my questions and concerns, and she was very courteous and approached me immediately. I sat in the waiting area while she was fixing my device and had a complimentary cup of coffee and browsed some of the accessories. The only recommendation I would make is to have a better variety of phone cases for the iPhone 6+. Even the pricing was good on those as well! Overall I'm a highly satisfied customer and I will refer all my family and friends, and I will only have iTech fixing my devices from now on.

I called first, to make sure they were able to take a look. The person who answered the phone was very responsive and gave me a quote (which turned out to be accurate). Update tablet returned on 8/19/26…read more Wtaf!!! My tablet was taken in charged screen working with minimal cracks to the screen. The tablet will now not come on AND my screen is majorly damaged. They ordered 2 screens with no success in being able to fix my screen, fine, but to cause significantly more damage is ridiculous and terrible customer service. Needless to say, I am absolutely disappointed, dissatisfied and disgruntled concerning the care and level of neglect that my tablet was handled in. Disgusting!!!!! I'm aggravated. Tablet has been there for almost 2 weeks and I keep getting the run around. After this tablet is fixed I will never use them again. This has been the worst experience! Screen was ordered they told me it came in and the tech was working on it, now today they say they have to order the screen again. For what reason? did you accidentally break the one that was ordered? No explanation just sorry we had to order another screen and we don't know when it will be here. What the fuck? Would that suffice if this was the other way around? Terrible terrible terrible. Definitely getting my refund for the stupid insurance plan- I cannot and will not be without another device for 2 weeks or more.
