LIFESAVER. My dumb a** dropped my phone (Note 5) and the screen went unresponsive and purple. This man got it working again in under 2 days (which is really good timing for non-iPhones since repair shops have to wait for the Galaxy parts to come in the mail)!!! It costed $250 after tax, and a bit more after expedited shipping (an option I chose). Sounds expensive but it's actually very fair considering that the part for the Note 5 screen itself costs at least $150 and labor/tax need to be accounted for as well. (I was considering doing this myself, youtubed it, watched some people pry their phones open with guitar picks and hairdryers, and was like hell nah) Hoping I never have to come back again but I definitely will if I destroy my phone again :^) read more

Gilbert gave me great advice on the question of whether or not to repair my very old iPad 2 and old 6+ iPhone. I had chosen Celltek as it was conveniently near my work, and there was availability when I called. I went right in, was instantly helped, and was on my way in a mere 15 minutes. I've honestly have had a couple of problems with this store. Went in to pay my phone bill and everything seemed to go fine. When I got home the phone still had no service. When I went back to the shop they told me to call my cellphone company because they couldn't do anything about it. When I called ,the company told me that my payment wasn't even submitted! This has happened more than once. Another time I came in to activate a cell phone and was told that the phone was " locked", so that couldn't activate it. They still charged me the activation fee and the month of service on my phone. I went to another store and they activated the same phone just fine. Would not recommend this place. read more
