Brought a phone here and they repaired the screen in a week. It ended up being a faulty screen. I was told they needed to order a replacement after keeping me there for an hour while they tried to fix the replacement. There was someone else in there for the same reason but with an iphone. 3 weeks went by and each time i went in, I was told "it's on its way. Should have it any day." I eventually got tired of waiting and not being able to operate my business and asked for the phone back and a refund. I was even told to talk to the lady since she was the manager and then she denied being the one to speak with saying she's just a "sales person." She was sure that if I returned for the manager, he would say no as well. So they're holding my phone captive. Will not be bringing anything else here. My experience is so frustrating that if I had the time to stand in front and shy everyone away, I would but I don't so here's a Yelp review of my experience with them.
Upon finally getting my phone back the lady actually had the nerve to tell me that I should be thanking her. Ummm... I'm the customer, you should be thanking me. read more
