I have gotten my phone fixed from them before but this time has been an absolute nightmare!…read more i go in to get my screen replaced the guy doesn't check his work and releases the phone 70 dollars later and my ringer and phone volume buttons are not working and my side ringer on/off switch is completely broken. All I want is for them to return the phone the working as it was with a new screen as I paid for. They are rude, argumentative, confrontational and it's such bad experience I'm over it. They made the worst attempt to "fix" it and replace the piece their first repair person lost. I'd rather pay someone elsewhere to repair what they broke. that's how nasty they are. They're all stars, until they screw up your phone, then all goes misogyny gone wild.

It took 15 minutes for them to fix my phone. I left with a malfunctioning iPhone button and a swapped out metro card. I took the train to get the 8th ave with an unlimited. Stupidly, I left my labeled unlimited metro in my phone case when I handed it to the man to have it fixed. When I left to take the train, I didn't realize I had my metro card swapped out. I only had noticed when I arrived at the train station and was unable to swipe in. I ended up returning to the store and the man continued to deny swapping out my metro card, thus on top of paying $60 to have my iPhone6s screen replaced, I had to add money to a brand new metro card that was switched out with my unlimited metro card. When I left the store my iPhone button was also glitchy. It would occasionally work and not work, it was random. However, the owner said it's fine. (The screen is a third party, not Apple certified screen that was made cheaply, but it basically looked the same. After a week or so, I had to begin using the AssistiveTouch because my iPhone button worked rarely and randomly. I basically paid 60$ for a screen that isn't cracked, but a button that doesn't work and to get my unlimited metro card swapped out for a new one that had nothing in it. I ended up getting a new phone after the button quit, but I feel like my first iPhone was the best iPhone even after an upgrade. That's just my own bad experience. Tldr;They know what they're doing, but you're getting what you paid for, a non Apple certified usable 3rd seller screen/ product. Also don't leave anything but your phone with them. Response to comment from owner (I PMed this as well): I was NOT there for the 15 minutes, I stepped out to run an errand while my phone screen was being replace, and I did NOT return to the store a week after because it wasn't worth going back for a button when I could just purchase a new phone. It was just upsetting that my metro card was stolen thus, I felt this review was necessary. I also did mention that this was MY experience and that the technicians were capable of doing their job. In addition, when I confronted a technician/worker, nobody mentioned that there was a camera, they simply stated "no". Never got a response back.

A lot of other places i asked are $100 and up. Anyways the service was perfect. He got it done in 15 minutes or less due to customers coming in interrupting him from getting it done quicker. But he did make sure all the parts were put back together and well done most importantly. The phone is just like brand new and functions perfectly. I definitely recommend coming here for a fix in a short period of time. And plus you can watch him do it all so that makes you feel more comfortable knowing what's going on with your phones particulars inside.

Came in around noon on Thursday to repair a 1st Generation iPad mini and was told the repair wouldn't be done in an hour but until the next day. I accepted. The next day(Friday) I never got a call about it being ready. I went back Saturday around noon to be told it still wasn't repaired. When I asked for it back to go elsewhere, my iPad mini wasn't in the store to get it back. SOL. The red haired girl told me to come back later the evening when Jesse gets in.She then called me later that evening to let me know it was ready. Once I got there I explained nicely to the other worker Jesse how I was inconvenienced by two days for an hour repair. Jesse said he can only compensate me with an apology and that he was swamped with devices. He also stated that I should've stressed to the red haired girl why I needed the iPad ready by the following day. By then, I told him I am not paying him $80 for his issues but I'll pay him $60. He got upset picked up my money that I placed on the counter along with a phone and attempted to throw it at me. I asked him to please let me out of the store which he was hesitant about. He should find work scrubbing toilets. I told him the version of windows I wanted him to put on my notebook and I wanted him to fix my recovery drive so that it would display properly.. He took 6 hours for a 2 hour job. When I got the notebook back the wrong version of windows was loaded and windows software and office software was in Spanish. I am American and I speak the language of the USA that is English. So I contacted him and he said to return tomorrow. So I returned in morning he took the notebook and he said to return in 5 and half hours... So returned and he was closed for lunch, I waited half hour and he returned and gave me my notebook back, He booted it and screen was in English, When I got home I booted my notebook and same problem but this time some screens still remained in Spanish and another in English, any user added would be reflected in Spanish. Plus the malware software was a free sample one and kept on asking for money. It was supposed be included with service. He never put the right version of windows software on, He gave me back the notebook still with incorrect windows version. I put my data restore disk in and all folders changed to shortcuts. after running my legal virus software (McAfee) the software alerted me that I had 2 Trojan viruses and a shortcut virus. When I brought the notebook in to be serviced, I am absolutely sure that the notebook had no viruses. These viruses came from his software that he put on my notebook.
