Came in around noon on Thursday to repair a 1st Generation iPad mini and was told the repair wouldn't be done in an hour but until the next day. I accepted. The next day(Friday) I never got a call about it being ready. I went back Saturday around noon to be told it still wasn't repaired. When I asked for it back to go elsewhere, my iPad mini wasn't in the store to get it back. SOL. The red haired girl told me to come back later the evening when Jesse gets in.She then called me later that evening to let me know it was ready. Once I got there I explained nicely to the other worker Jesse how I was inconvenienced by two days for an hour repair. Jesse said he can only compensate me with an apology and that he was swamped with devices. He also stated that I should've stressed to the red haired girl why I needed the iPad ready by the following day. By then, I told him I am not paying him $80 for his issues but I'll pay him $60. He got upset picked up my money that I placed on the counter along with a phone and attempted to throw it at me. I asked him to please let me out of the store which he was hesitant about. For the terrible service and attempt to lock me in the store, I still paid them $70. Don't even come here if you're desperate. Spend your money elsewhere.

They then replaced the screen, and it was ok for 2 weeks. I brought it back in again when I noticed that the screen was separating from the chassis. Alex took it apart, but could not put it back together because he said the chassis was bent. The only solution offered was to replace the chassis, with no other less expensive option to repair it. I since took it to another repair shop, paid $25, and it is now working fine. I don't know about computer repairs, but I would not recommend this store for repairing your phone.

Replaced it, probably did a factory reset and turned around and said I needed a new hard drive. I was mad because the main reason I tried to get the laptop fixed was to regain access to my files. They lost them all I gave them permission to replace the hard drive. Picked up the computer and it wouldn't charge. When I took it back, they said I needed a new port. They replaced the port and then came back and said, it wasn't the port, it was probably the battery (one that they claim to have replaced). They swapped the battery and when that did not work, they said I needed a new motherboard. Like, really! I asked them to keep their battery, harddrive and port and give me my $330 that i had already paid for the battery and harddrive back. And i made it clear i wasn't going to pay for the port or let them replace the motherboard. I wasn't ready to give them another chance to screw up. They refused to give me any money back claiming that time to return the battery had expired. I asked them to look at the history. I never used that computer at all after the repaired it. I just turned it on and when i noticed that the battery was drained and it wouldn't charge, i turned it off. I have never sued anyone in my life but i am going to sue them. I came in to change my phone's $10 screen protector. For today's visit, it was the owner or else an adult male. He changed the protector, then pointed to the damaged crack that was still showing on my phone, and told me my actual *phone glass* is damaged. Oh no! He said they could fix it if I come in tomorrow. At home, I luckily noticed there were multiple fingerprints on the inside of the protector he installed--so he had installed it badly and too quickly. I peeled it off, and to my shock, saw that he had also left the *previous screen protector on!* (so there were 2 protectors attached), and the previous one was the one with a crack--not my phone screen! When there, I had kept pointing at the previous protector and telling him I had purchased it from his store the day before. Sigh. I have gotten my phone fixed from them before but this time has been an absolute nightmare!…read more i go in to get my screen replaced the guy doesn't check his work and releases the phone 70 dollars later and my ringer and phone volume buttons are not working and my side ringer on/off switch is completely broken. All I want is for them to return the phone the working as it was with a new screen as I paid for. They are rude, argumentative, confrontational and it's such bad experience I'm over it. They made the worst attempt to "fix" it and replace the piece their first repair person lost. I'd rather pay someone elsewhere to repair what they broke. that's how nasty they are. They're all stars, until they screw up your phone, then all goes misogyny gone wild.
