They can be a little gruff at times but they do have the areas best selection. You have to spend more than$5 to use a credit card but that is fine as you won't have a problem spending that here. They have Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream!! They also a good Port Wine and Craft Beer selection. Most people go here the wine trove. I don't know what era some of these people grew up in but I will ask if I can't find something instead of aimlessly wandering around (unless I am just looking around!) Check it out, get over the customer service and get into some of the best, beer, wine and liquor in the Fox Valley!

My daughter bought me a $35 Amazon gift card from Woodman's for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, the card was accidentally thrown away because it was still inside the envelope. The very next day, when I went to add the gift card to my Amazon account, we realized the envelope was gone. My daughter contacted Woodman's and was told to contact Amazon. Amazon said they could not help without the gift card serial number, which was not printed on the receipt, and told us to go back to Woodman's. I then called Woodman's with the original receipt and asked if they could help locate the serial number or provide any assistance. They refused to help, even after the issue was escalated to the corporate level. Update: After writing the review, someone from Woodman's did help us out. We appreciate the help. If the people at the store and corporate were as nice, I would have given an excellent experience. I enjoy the variety that Woodman's carries. Thank you customer service for caring about me and my family.
