I thought, why would I buy the same stone age version for that $ without asking around? I headed to Mike's where they told me it would cost 250-300 to fix it. Ugh, and the worst part was that no one was telling me what was WRONG WITH IT! Enter: IPhone, IPad, LapTop & Smartphone Repair Center (aka the longest store name ever). They should just call this place "Bruce Willis" because he saves the day in every movie. Anyway, the sweet older lady behind the counter first helped the customer before me by putting a screen protector on his phone because she told him, "I can do it better than you because I don't make air bubbles. I do this every day." Well, dang, with that confidence I waited patiently for my turn in the warm, little store. Then she takes my DEAD iPad and I told her my deal. She smiled and told me she was giving it to the magic and powerful Oz who was behind the wall (not really, but it's basically true). She comes back out two minutes later and says, "ok, 39$. You have cash?" "THIRTY NINE DOLLARS!??? Seriously? Here's 40! It's going to be ok?" "Yes, yes, just a loose connection." I wanted to hug her. And then, we hugged and held hands. I could have done fan kicks around that little store. I was overjoyed because I thought I was going to have to buy a new one. It was ACA-AWESOME. Go here for the Bruce Willis experience.

After…read morethe first attempt the ear piece stopped working, the "tech" apologized and told them to come back so he could try again. On the second attempt the ear piece is completely shot and you can only use the phone on speaker. On top of all that, the "tech" kept a smirk on his face as if he couldn't care less and couldn't do anything else for them. Instead of a simple screen replacement now we're headed to potentially replace the entire phone. I truly believe this location must've watched "how to repair phones" on YouTube then opened a shop, screen replacement has never been an issue at qualified locations.

The girl over there said it's going to be $40 to for new battery and comes with 1 year warranty. Sounds great right? It's too good to be true. She messed up my phone camera and earpiece. I went there again and confront and they said no it's fine it's probably the software. WHERE IS THE ACCOUNTABILITY?! So they were gaslighting me. I shouldn't have to defend that my phone became defective AFTER the new battery replacement. Fed up I didn't want them to fuck my phone more, I went to a reliable guy name Jimmy and he uses OEM part and fixed my camera for $20. He explain the girl wasn't careful with the ribbon attached to the camera and it's very near the battery. If you don't want your phone, computer or laptop to continuously have problem don't go here!

First of all for those who are considering this place to fix your device- DONT. I warned you!…read more I went in to fix my iPhone 6 because the screen shattered on one corner and I was in desperate need to get it back up running since the screen went black. Apple Store was closed at the time and I said let me try these people. Bad idea. An obscure older Indian man and his hard-of-hearing son approached me and said we can fix this for $175. I said you're out of your mind. The father then plead with me and said I'll give you a competitive price of $150 but "my son is deaf and lives his life on honesty". I ignored the bullshit and said fine fine take my money- I just need my phone. Lo and behold, it was a month later where I noticed the glass separating from the LCD screen. I went back and asked these guys to re-seal the glass. He said okay, but it'll cost $125. Unbelievable!!!! I then went back to demand my money back and their neighbor said they took off to India for a month!! Scammers!!! I decided to just go to the Apple Store and have them replace the screen for me (which cost me $100 flat) - the guy told me straight up that the 3rd party vendor used a boot leg screen from China and charged me probably double.
