That's a red flag warning right there I should of turned around. I came in for star lighting. They were quick to remove my headliner. Removed the factory cloth which they really didn't have to' to install Alcantara suede which I came to find out is cheap very cheap velour material and they couldn't even give me the finish product clean and fresh. So much dirt and dust. Most of the stars are showing threw but so many of them are not even noticeable. Also during the process they broke my seat belt on one side when removing the panels. I had to go buy a new seat belt else were to fix it. Eddie the owner didn't even offer to pay for it or even split the cost. Come to also find out the so called suede installed is peeling already in certain areas because this mickey mouse shop barely used glue on the liner. There's also no foam backing on the liner to keep it from peeling. Cheap quality of material's. Also the star kit was purchased on amazon for sure. Some cheap kit and when I asked how it worked I was handled a manual because Eddie didn't know what app to install. Once summer hits the liner will separate for sure. I will have to get this garbage removed and redone professionally elsewhere. Some how I also got convinced to add a equalizer into the car for my system. They couldn't even connect the rca's correctly and I lost my Bluetooth hearing capabilities until another shop fixed the connections. They sold me a used none working properly equalizer causing static noises to my stereo and had to go to a different shop spend more money to get a new one better quality and that noise went away. There cheap star kit is also making my speakers make noises when turning my steering wheel. Mirror lights were not connected correctly. What a mess. I had a different shop specializing in start headliners fix the mess they left me with. When I complained to Eddie I was told no cash refunds. this owners is something special. He's more worried about how loud his personal sound system is in his Hummer then helping his customers. I had to come back 3 times after they did the job not even to finish it. I was told to wait a week and then come back. When I called Eddie to come back he gave me a story about getting into a accident and his worker was not around. I get things happen but you have to learn to do jobs correctly start to finish. You saw my car when it came in. Everything was perfect. Not the way of leaving this guys street corner storage unit he calls a shop. I see the complaints on the cell phone side how you work. WOW Cheap Chinese phone screens. Doesn't surprise me one bit. People at the end of the day you pay for what you get. You spend cheap you get cheap. My mistake and wont let myself go threw that lower line level quality work. You have been warned.

So I went to my phone company and bought an iPhone 6. Anyway, Im traveling out of the country and I wanted to unlock my old iPhone 4 so I could use it there. But first I wanted to fix the screen. My screen was cracked on the upper left side only with the metal part exposed. I forgot to take a before pic. I called the location and asked them how much. I was quoted $45. He said it would take 1 hour to fix. I came back in an hour and it wasn't ready since he was busy fixing other phones but he apologized. Im talking about Chris. There were 3 other workers around but I assume they don't fix phones. They were pretty much just stocking up or walking around. I ended up waiting about 1 hr & a half total which was ok, I was in no rush. I watched Chris take everything out, put on a new screen and put it back on. My iPhone 4 works! Now I can unlock it. The price was $45, but I paid $48.15 with tax. My only two negative things is 1) The warranty is ONLY for 90 days which makes me feel uncomfortable. Thats not long enough. Im scared that if the screen stops working, i'll basically be screwed again. (I'll update if anything happens and also after 90 days). 2) They need to hire more repairers or something. I don't mind waiting, but just for an increase in business. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.
