I am wondering how a fraudulent business like this one even allowed to operate. this is the mother of all scams - cell phone buy back . online price quoted , prepaid shipping label sent device shipped using the shipping label. Received an email saying the shipment was delivered but device missing. after calling them to check on they status , they shared a staged a video of some one with a hoodie delivering the shipment and being received by celltek receiver . video also showed the clerk opening the box with no device found . This is well orchestrated fraud . Please stay from these frauds at all cost. A formal fraud complaint against these people is being filed read more

I've yet to receive my phone. I sent a prepaid envelope that required a signature and after checking the tracking number, discovered it was undeliverable. They don't want to pay for the phone, they'll wanna steal it! Waiting for a response from a manager or general manager at this point. All confidence in this...who am I kidding, there was no confidence in the company at the 1st email reducing the buyback price to $50. read more

But why did it have to get to bad reviews & weeks of messages? Why not just do the right thing the first time? Awful experience with this place. They claim to offer a lifetime warranty on all iPhone screen replacements, but this couldn't be further from the truth. I had the screen on my iPhone XS replaced by them in May 2019. 5 months later in November 2019, the screen starts to go out (see pictures). I take it to them and show them the issue, as well as the receipt from May. The guy takes my phone to the back to his "manager" Kayla, who comes out and accuses me of dropping it and says it's not covered because it was my fault. When I explained that I hadn't dropped it, she spoke to me as if I was a child, explaining that the type of screen issue I was experiencing "usually" only happens with a drop or impact. My phone wasn't dropped, doesn't have any cracks, scratches, not even as much as a scuff on it. So basically they offer this lifetime warranty, but don't have to honor it because they can just blame any problem on the customer. I regret ever dealing with them. I should have sent it off to Apple in the first place. Lesson learned. read more

Cell phone buy back is a scam online. Took a week after receiving to even look at the phone. After denying my "good" price quote they offered half for "fair". Sold else where for the same "good" price. After I denied their offer I had to arrange shipping back and more delays before they shipped it. Stick with other phone buyback companies. This one is shady. read more

I came into this shop maybe 2 and a half years ago with a Broken HP Laptop screen. It was shot with an Air Soft gun (By Accident), so I took it here due to it being the nearest to me. The only thing that was wrong with this laptop was the screen. I paid the full $100 in cash so I could get a new screen. Now after gettin my laptop back, the screen looked good, but there was 1 problem... After pluging up my laptop and attempting to turn it on, it never wanted to turn on, light up, or show any sign of life. So I took it back a few days later, and they never did anything about it. But also now farther inspecting my laptop, they also replaced my disc when they wasn't supposed to. Now my disc just comes out, and theres something over it. But now the laptop is worthless due to what happened. At this time I blame this company for ruining my laptop. I would like to talk to the Owner and get this worked out. read more

"Diabolical Double Dipping" Scam. Forewarned is forearmed. Avoid this place, and others similar, like you would the Monkey Pox! Approx 10 days after I bought a used phone from Flatwoods Cell-Tech Express, the screen simply fell off. No drop...No accident....No fault of mine. Phone and case they sold me was/is in the exact same condition ("good, used condition"... or so I thought) as when I bought from them maybe 2 weeks ago .. and anyone could see as much. Yet when I returned to the store, I was quoted another $125 by them to fix/repair the shoddy phone screen THEY sold me! SMH. I took it to different phone repair shop where the tech confirmed my suspicion .... Adhesive failure on the screen ... plain and simple .. that got me thinking....Hmm...wonder if that is actually their business model?!...1) buy or accept as trade used phones, the vast majority with broken screens. 2) Clean up and perform crappy screen repair. 3) Resell phone along with ironclad "as is - no return" policy. 4) Await customers inevitable return for repair... $$$ on the front end in used phone sales... PLUS $$$ on the back end in repair charges for same darn phone! .. Diabolical Double Dipping! Got back home on the computer and took me all of 5 minutes + 2-3 different Google searches to find that this type of shadiness is common and practically SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) with all these places.
