I sent my laptop to them on Oct 16 and after waiting four weeks with no status update from them at all I sent an email to find out the status. They responded that they found bugs in my laptop and did not want to work on it so they would return it and give me a refund. I waited three weeks and still no laptop and no refund so I contacted them again. They claim they have not shipped it back because they didn't have the time so I asked them to refund me in the meantime until the "find time". They gave me the excuse that their Paypal account is "messed up" and they could not refund me. This has been going on three months now and I finally filed a claim with Paypal to get my money back and had to file a small claims lawsuit against them to get back my Macbook Air back. Several buyers on ebay contacted me after I posted my experience and told me that this seller has been stealing people's items on ebay for over six months and judging by the negative feedback I see that this is true. I went to this store to see if they could fix my step mothers cellphone that just quit working or…read moreholding charge. The manager of the store took the phone in the back. Came back and said it was the battery. So he charged my $110 to fix it. After 1 week I finally got the phone back. I took it home. I didn't even make a call and the phone did the same thing. I took the phone back to the store. The manager told me that if it wasn't the battery then there was a problem with the motherboard of the phone. He tried to upsell me with a new phone. $450 and he would give me a $110 store credit or he would refund the battery cost and just charge the bench fee. I told him I needed to talk to my stepmother. He told me that he would note the account since he was off the next day. After speaking with my stepmother she decided to just let the phone go and close the account. I called the store to let them know the decision. They advised that there was no notes on the account and that the don't refund the cost of batteries. So I ended up contacting the regional manager who refunded me the cost of the battery. Horrible customer service and experience. I'd give a rating of 0 if I could.

Now, we can pay monthly, quarterly, yearly, whatever we choose not what AT&T chooses.
