The store manager, Sergio, was involved throughout this process and was fully aware of the situation. Unfortunately, there was a continued lack of follow up, accountability, and resolution. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I transferred all of my accounts to T Mobile, who covered the payoff as part of the switch. I am now preparing a small claims case against Victra and escalating the matter to Verizon corporate due to what I believe are deceptive business practices. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location to anyone looking for transparency or honest billing.

What really stood out to me was that they actually had the screen in stock, every other place I called had to order it and told me it would take a couple of days, plus they were quoting me $20-$40 more. Not only was The Device Lab able to do the repair the same day but their pricing was super fair. On top of that, the vibe of the shop is honestly amazing. The moment I walked in, I noticed how warm and welcoming everything felt. I even complimented the owner because it's so different from the typical plain, white-wall repair shops. Warning: Avoid Victra Verizon Wireless!…read more My husband and I recently tried to upgrade our Apple phones and were offered what we thought was an amazing $800 trade-in deal at Victra. Unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare that lasted six months. Even after paying the standard upfront fee to upgrade, our monthly bills kept ballooning--over $500 total for both phones (about $260 each). When I went back to ask why the trade-in wasn't applied, they reassured me it was normal and promised the adjustment would appear the following month. Month after month, the charges continued. Each time, they blamed internal errors and promised it would be corrected--but it never was. For six months, I had to repeatedly follow up just to try to get the issue resolved. Verizon customer service couldn't help either, since the purchase was through Victra and not an official Verizon store. In the end, despite both of our phones being fully paid off, we are still stuck paying for another 12 months because of their mishandling. In short: avoid Victra at all costs. Go directly to an Apple Store or an official Verizon store. This experience was frustrating, expensive, and felt like a complete scam.
