After opening the phone, Jacob took the time to try several different scenarios that might be the root cause of the problem. He was very open and honest about the issues with the phone and his limitations as to what he could and could not do. Unfortunately we still could not get to the root problem as it was an issue with the motherboard. Jacob did not attempt to sell me any unnecessary services or equipment, which I have found to be extremely rare!
