Giovanni replaced it perfectly. Good as new. Of course it was expensive but a heckuvalot more affordable than a new laptop! I was worried I wouldn't find a competent technician for this kind of delicate sophisticated electronics out here in the sticks, so I'm thrilled that 2nd Life could do this job and do it well. I guess I thought I'd have to take my laptop to Westchester or NYC, which would be pretty time consuming. I want to add that the first screen he received failed while still in his shop. So he had to order and install a second one, and I don't think he charged me any different even though it had to have been ~double the labor time. Plus - he obviously checked his work. And, he apologized for the delay, even though he didn't cause it. I don't know about you but a lot of things nowadays, people take shortcuts or don't care about the quality of work or just fail to do the simplest little checks to assure a job is done right. Would definitely recommend

I found this business on Yelp but with no reviews so I was a little skeptical. I texted Nick, the owner and I checked his Facebook page and found he had all good reviews. I made plans for him to come to my home which he did promptly at the designated time. He sat in his car for about 20 minutes to replace the screen. When he returned from his car my phone was perfect. Just like new!! Thank you Nick! By the way if you like his Facebook page he gives you $5.00 off! You couldn't ask for better workmanship nor the price. He beat the Apple price by $14.00 without the drive or the wait!!!

I spent several hours on the phone with her trying absolutely anything I could think of. With limited options at that point, I did some quick research and found PC Med Center which was very close to her house. Not knowing if they were going to give good service, or scam her, or what, I crossed my fingers and told her to take it there. A few days later she called me to thank me for the recommendation. Apparently it was just a single loose wire, which they were able to identify and fix. They did not overcharge her for what ended up being a fairly simple fix. Props to them for being able to identify the problem so quickly, and not trying to scam her!

While trying to set up a plan, the lady, despite being the most helpful, tried to no avail to help us set it up, something about a P.O. Box vs. Physical Address. The man kept asking her what the problem was yet didn't offer any assistance. While waiting, we looked around at the phones, most of which were either not turned on so you couldn't even see how they function, or not even displayed. Also while we we waiting, some woman was sitting at one of the tables, apparently taking pictures of the man sales rep and telling him she was going to post them? I find it crazy unprofessional to have your girlfriend/boyfriend sitting in at your job, distracting you from the job you signed up for. In the end, he wasn't able to sign up for a plan and they told him it would take five days or more to be approved? All in all, I wouldn't recommend this AT&T to anyone because you purely won't be assisted to your satisfaction.
