My husband dropped his S7 and so needed a screen replacement. We went to the Samsung store and the rep there called Cell Doc for us. We were told Cell Doc has the S7 screen and it will cost less than $100 for the repair. When we went there, we were told that the quote was for a J7, not S7, and the part had to be ordered, and would take about 3 days. On 12/24, we got a text notifying us the part is in, so we went back. We left the cell phone at the booth and came back in an hour. The phone screen was replaced with a new one, however, was accidentally cracked during the process. The rep was very apologetic and said they already ordered another new screen for us, and will replace it again when it comes in. We had the choice of leaving it there to wait for the new repair or to pay and take the phone with us. We negotiated to pay 50% of the repair price and took the phone with us. Husband was happy to have a working phone as part of his Christmas gift. :) Then on 12/31, we were notified the new part had arrived. We went back the week after and got the new replacement and paid the other 50%. This time everything went well and the phone looks like new. They even gave us a new phone case as a courtesy. We appreciate how they took responsibility for their mistake and made things right with the second replacement. I feel I will deduct half a star for the price increase during our first visit, though it could be a genuine mis-communication over the phone. Over all, we are happy with the service. read more

My phone wasn't starting and I took it to some other near by repair shops and after a week they said the motherboard is dead and they cannot fix it instead tried to sell me another phone. I was sad and I didn't wanted to give up since I had important photos. I called this place and they said bring it in so we check it for diagnostic. I felt it won't hurt to try once again. I brought it here, and while I was waiting they were able to power it ON via a different battery but my phone was still not charging. They suggested me to backup my important datas via airdrop and they can send it for repair for $250. I was okay with price because my photos worth a lot. I backed up all my photos to my Macbook and asked them to repair it. Within seven days they called me back to pick up my working phone. I was amazed that I got my phone fixed and all my important data. These guys knows what they are doing and I am grateful. So if you need repairing service that no one else can do, this is your place. It has been such a stressful week trying to get my data from my water damaged phone. I gave up after few tries from apple to few other stores around the mall. Fortunately I ran into this booth on the way back to my car and decided to take the last chance. They were so patient and worked with me throughout the whole process. They keep me updated the whole time what they are doing and what I can expect as outcomes of my phone. I had two of my devices fixed here yesterday, one iPad and one 14pro max iPad were completely broken, they were not working, the screen touch was moving by itself, they fixed it very well and I dropped my phone while getting in the car, the car ran over it, the back and front were completely shattered, they fixed it in 20 minutes and the back in three hours, they delivered the phone to me as good as new and they did it at a very affordable price and in a very short time. I went to the Apple store and they told me they cannot repair my phone, they said you have to buy a new one. But I did not want to lose my important information on my phone and I asked this store. . For all of my cellphone problems I used to go to another place however when I called that place to see if they had a screen For my Samsung Galaxy Note10 plus they said no but they could order one and it would be Several days. That's a nope. So I called around and got ahold of these guys and they said yes we had a screen In stock, come on over. I believe I got here shortly before they were Do too close, However the guy stayed past his closing time to fix my phone for me. I couldn't have been happier. I just got my iPhone 7 screen fixed by the guys here. I had a couple issues at first with the screen being unresponsive and what not, but I came in and they replaced it no questions asked. I had the same issue (again) thinking it might be my phone. I went back in a few days later, and the younger guy fixed my phone again. He was very understanding and kind. He took my phone and replaced again. Now it's working flawlessly. Loved the service. Would definitely recommend them to people looking to get their screens fixed. I dropped my iPhone 8plus phone and unfortunately it shattered the front and back screen as well. I called Verizon and I was told if I used my insurance, it would be quite expensive to replace it. I decided to call around to get a better price to repair my phone. After calling a few places, Cell doc had the best quote. I went in and got my phone repaired(front and back screen)fairly quick. What made this place my new it spot for repairs was the service. The guys here are so nice. I left very happy with my iPhone looking brand new. This place actually surpassed my expectations. The workers were honest and quick! I needed to get my iPhone 8 Plus battery and screen fixed. The screen wasn't cracked or anything just coming out a little and I needed to return it to my carrier. I gave them my phone we explored some options. Engin tells me it's $30 to just replace the battery. I thought I'd be almost 100 because that's what AT&T said they would charge me to fix it. I'm very pleased I went to this place because they saved me a lot of money. I later went to AT&T and returned the phone and it was accepted. I work at Westfield Oakridge knowing that there are multiple stores that sell mobile accessories and repairing phones most of the repair places had given me ridiculous and unaffordable prices fixing my Samsung .However the store owner I believe Engin gave me a reasonable price so much so that I couldn't help but buy 2 cases for me and my family and 2 phone chargers for my Samsung Galaxys9 which worked out to make my phone look perfect. I found them via Yelp, sent out quote requests, and they responded. They replaced my broken iPad screen. They weren't the absolute cheapest (I found some online that said around $100), but they could commit to doing it the soonest. I contacted them on Saturday evening, they said they could do it Sunday in 1-2 hours if I dropped it off to them. They also responded quickly to my Yelp messages (some businesses with cheaper prices contacted me *after* I had my iPad fixed!). Via Yelp I requested quotes for S7 screen replacement from Cell-Doc and others in the area. Being a Sunday, a few notable ones responded saying either with "3-4 days for service" and/or "part-not-in-stock". Cell-Doc was the best in service time (same day), cost (on-par with others) and part availability (in-stock). Not necessarily the cheapest, the closest was about $15 less, but for the service, fast response and short drive to oakridge mall, CellDoc was worth that extra $15.
