Jim learned I depend on my phone 24/7 so he found the time......to aid me in my plight. After 45 minutes and after researching the issue...I was restored to A-1. He had me view the broken internals and see and FEEL why replacement parts were needed. (As a consumer, i do appreciate that learning!) Time was of the essence because we were leaving on a trip in a couple of days. I then decided to give J & S Phone Repair a try, and spoke to Peter who assured me he could get a replacement screen in a day or two. I had never heard of his business before but decided to give him a try, and am very glad I did! I brought the laptop to his store after I spoke to him on a Monday, and not only did Peter do an excellent job of replacing the screen, but also had it ready the very next day, Tuesday, sooner than he first estimated...and...made it look even newer than before! I have never had anything repaired so quickly and was truly impressed to say the least! I will highly recommend J&S Phone Repair on Rt 88 in Brick, NJ to all my family members and friends who might need his services. (Something Best Buy was trying to charge me 2x for with no type of warranty.) Then, after talking to him, he even cleared out my spouse's phone- which he didn't have to do at all. My daughters phone was the worst. It was pretty bad. Apparently, when you are a teenage girl, your quality of life is connected to your cell phone. We visited AT&T who was no help at all. The phone repair places in the mall wanted too much money. I had seen the sign outside of this place a few weeks earlier and figured we'd check it out. I didnt like the sadness in my little girl's eyes. Like the mall, screen replacement was too much. But they have a decent selection of phones for a reasonable price. We found a nice replacement for a fair price. They even switched the new phone over and transferred her pics, videos, and contacts. They went above and beyond. Super nice, super fast, excellent value. And there is happiness back in my baby girl's eyes.
