Wow... Shawn gets the impossible done! On Sat 10/25/25 @445pm, I parked across the street in the Wonderland of the Americas mall to board the VIA shuttle bus, thinking that I had enough time to arrive for the 8pm Paul McCartney concert. As I crossed the street, I tripped & fell, & my Samsung S22 ultra screen broke!! I panicked, because my family contacts and my concert ticket were on the phone! I immediately entered the mall, desperate to find a cellphone repair shop. I anticipated that my phone may be unrepairable, since the screen damage was extensive (I could not view anything on the screen). Luckily, I came across CELL CENTER - PHONE & iPAD REPAIR! I was very frantic & stressed, but Shawn reassured me that he'll try to do everything he can to try to fix my phone. He worked on my phone immediately (in addition to multitasking & attending other customers who came into the store to get their phones/ipads fixed). Shawn is very patient & knowledgeable, & explained to me what he thinks is best to fix my phone. In ~20-30 mins, Shawn removed the damaged LCD & replaced it with a temporary LCD screen (before the reordered parts arrive). It's a miracle! My screen worked, my phone was fixed, & I was out of the mall by ~540pm. I had more than enough time to board the VIA shuttle & make it to the concert on time! & the pricing is MORE than reasonable: anywhere else (including the manufacturer) would cost significantly MUCH more (& there's no guarantee that the phones can be fixed, &/or within a short time frame!). & Shawn updates me on the ETA of the replacement parts! Definitely come to this shop if your electronics need to be repaired!!! I highly recommend with Shawn's knowledge & expertise, & great customer service!!! Shawn: you are a LIFESAVER! I couldn't have contacted my family members, nor have attended the concert, without your help!! & I was able to record memories of the concert (videos & pictures)!
