During my visit to the Verizon store, after waiting for over 30 minutes with 9 people ahead of me,…read moreI experienced repeatedly unprofessional and misleading behavior from the employee Noel. Although my request was simply to add a business line to an existing account, I was left waiting for an unnecessarily long period. From the start of the interaction, he provided incorrect information regarding the monthly cost of the device, stating it was nearly $8 for 36 months, when the actual cost is $4.72 for 36 months. I had to personally verify this in Verizon's official app and show him the correct amount. He then attempted to justify the error, claiming he had miscalculated. Furthermore, he continued to give false and contradictory information about available plans and the device unlock timeline, incorrectly claiming that unlocking only occurs after 36 months. I already have substantial knowledge and experience regarding these services, and my questions were intended solely to confirm whether the information provided was accurate. His responses demonstrated a lack of transparency and a clear intention to steer me toward more expensive and restrictive options. In addition, his manner of addressing the customer was inappropriate and unprofessional, using an overly informal tone and failing to demonstrate the level of respect and consideration due to a stranger, especially a customer of the company. Overall, this behavior reflects a clear attempt at commercial manipulation. It caused significant distrust and negatively impacted my perception of the service. I request that this situation be reviewed seriously and that appropriate measures be taken.

He settled us with a new phone very quickly and got it activated and the data transferred. The process was very efficient and painless. Carlos made the whole thing very quick and easy. NOTE: Definitely make an appointment. The wait can be lengthy otherwise.

They get no stars they suck in customer relations, and if you have an issue, forget about it!…read moreThey'll keep you waiting for hrs then tell you that you can't chat with a floor supervisor, even though you've been waiting 90 plus mins to talk to one! They are the worst in customer relations I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with! They'll lie like a dog to have you wait sooooo long you'll hang up in disgust! They'll tell you they have no # for corporate. I found one in less than 1 min online as I waited for 2 hrs! I'm insisting that my husband goes elsewhere for a pay as you go phone. 6 yrs he's had it, they made a mistake almost 3 yrs ago, and they brought it up as if he was at fault! Saying we only will compensate you 1 time! And it was their fault! Never go to net 10 unless you want 300 mins with a phone, like a burner phone! Throw it away and go elsewhere, never ever talk to customer support, unless you want to loose 2 hrs of your life and get nowhere! They just keep reading off the back of one of their cards you buy for more mins, and they only keep reading it over & over again! Awful customer support, I understand why you need to wait to talk to someone higher up as that's what their supervisors are telling other customers as well! They get minus stars if there were such a thing on Yelp or any other complaint department ei the better business bureau! Unfortunately I guess I have to give it 1 star or I can't post this! They really don't know me very well as I will call any and all numbers to try to get back at least the 464mins. my husband lost all bc he wanted to add another 300 min 60 day card! He wasn't even asking for the days lost! And if he was to loose everything he bought from the 1000 min 30 day card, and was told it expired on the 6th of December why were they still on his phone until the 22nd of December? Does that make sense to anyone?.... Oh yes go to their FB page you'll see no customer reviews only what new phones and monthly deals they've got going on. Why no customer reviews? ESP on pay as you go phones?

I purchased an adapter from Apple recently with online order and it was the wrong one. Apple does not make the USB-A to USB-C adapter but the Apple associate who helped me informed me that Beats is closest thing to Apple product since Apple bought Beats. Cost was $18.99 so not bad. The Mophie option was $19.99. Noted. I decided to wait on this purchase to see if I really needed it. This is more for all the new plugs changing over to USB-C but I still want to use anything I have that still caters to USB-A. Confusing right? Ha. All in all, Apple customer service is usually always top notch and the stores are minimalistic. Clean and modern. Aesthetically pleasing. Great location!

It started turning off, locking, and just switching to the Apple icon. I first stopped by the T-Mobile store in Wynwood and they were out of watches with the wrist strap that I wanted. To their credit the T-Mobile employee referred me to go to this Apple Store. I explained the situation first to Sebastian, the sales manager on the floor. He tested and was able to generate at least a partial credit for my old watch. He then talked me through the configuration and selection process for a new watch through their in-store iPad. He also explained that I could've swapped out my wrist band into the new watch. (I have one of the sports ones instead of the default when it comes with the iPhone.) After completing my order & payment, he asked that Denise help me with the actual configuration & setup for my watch. She had me sit at one of the open table / workbenches and charge my phone while the ioS software updated on my phone & watch. This did take almost over an hour, which was a hiccup to my Sunday schedule. However, I now have a new & functioning AppleWatch. The store itself is pretty clean and well lit, though watched by the tough looking security guys at various points along the store. The bathroom is accessible behind a service corridor.
