What stood out about Dimend SCAASI was their selection of settings and stones at some of the most competitive prices. I was a little nervous about buying a ring online, so I booked an in-person appointment, and I'm very glad I did. The team was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They patiently walked me through the entire process, showing me all the different settings, cuts, and options while answering every question I had. Working directly with Isaac was a highlight. After I shared my budget and preferences, he found a stone that matched exactly what I wanted and ordered it that same day. As another thoughtful touch, he scheduled a time for me to view the diamond in person once it arrived and assured me that if I wasn't completely happy with it, he'd replace it at no cost and no questions asked. The entire team made the process an absolute joy. All communication was responsive and they were very accommodating with my engagement timeline, ensuring the ring was ready well in advance. When I picked it up, the diamond grading report, insurance details, and additional paperwork were all prepared and ready, and the ring itself looked stunning. Everything turned out great and my Fiancé absolutely loved the ring. I'm thrilled I found Dimend SCAASI and can't say enough good things about the experience. The lady that helped me told me that the person that would service the watch was not in and would it would take a couple of days. A few days later they call me and tell me that the watch isn't working with the new battery. I thought it was weird that it wasn't working since it was before the battery dies. So I took it to the Swap o Rama flea market and the gentleman there opened the watch and told me that they bent a piece that holds the battery in place. He said instead of removing the piece probably by removing the screws they tried to pry it out and in turn scratching the pieces and bending the piece. So he ended up ordering the replacement parts and fixed it for me. I wouldn't recommend this place. If you do happen to do business here be very careful because if they are doing this type of work, I can imagine where else they're cutting corners or deceiving customers. This review is LONG overdue…read more After looking online and at a couple of different 'big box' type jewelry stores for an engagement ring and just not finding what we wanted, we decided we wanted to go the route of having a custom ring made, and so we ended up at Holtzmann's. Pam and Pat Holtzmann are the most phenomenal folks around. When you're in their store, you feel like family. They are super friendly, and made you feel comfortable from the get-go. They are both super patient, and they really take the time to educate you on different stones, and different aspects of design to help make sure that you're creating a jewelry piece that will last a lifetime with proper care. We ended up having my engagement ring and my husband's wedding ring made by them, and then after having my husbands wedding ring made, I ended up wanting to make a more feminine, mini-version of his ring to be able to wear myself as well, and they helped us make that too. The quality of the jewelry pieces we received is outstanding, and working with Pam and Pat was the same. We valued getting to work with them so closely on pieces we plan to wear a lifetime! Although we had rings made, Holtzmann's specializes in all types of custom jewelry. We happened to pop into the store at the tail end of another couple leaving who had the most beautiful custom bracelet made, and at another visit saw someone picking up a necklace that they had redesigned with stones from a different necklace they no longer wore anymore. All of those jewelry pieces were amazing too. 10/10 recommend for whatever your jewelry needs are!!

This jewelry is great. I asked my sister to wear it and she said no because it looks like a piece of sh*t. I agree. Do not buy any products sold by them. They scam. They said I'll give you a skull trooper fortnite account for a 10 Dollar Xbox gift card code and when I gave it to them I never got my account. This place is also home to many legends and people who agreed this. They support all needs and will listen. They make you feel at home and give you the best jewelry. It may be ugly sometimes and may be dope some times but you'll see. It's a surprise in a box man. You must see it. I liked my 24 karot golden chain and enjoyed every second of purchasing it with your overpriced prices. It costed an extra 30 dollars for diamonds which is decent and not acceptable. Also in the back I heard the manager smack someone with a plate so I have never been there since. Warning: DO NOT GO THERE ON WEDNESDAY. Last time I went on Wednesday I felt very disturbed and felt the urge to open every window I saw and lick every door handle I saw. Over all this place is rated 5 stars because the jewelry is pretty cool. My friend Paul gave this to a girl and she liked it. And then he punched Frankie for making fun of him. Beck is nice and I feel bad for being mean to him. Sorry beck. read more

A came here for some feline Celine and all I got was beeline keylime. I would not think that this place offers cannoli elbows, but John Henderson suggests otherwise. I'm afraid of the diamonds on his shoulder, but I trust his magic wand. If you put 17 eggs in your sock, you might get a 18.11% discount on your next purchase of a glass dog. But, make sure to check out Henderson Glass if you need any invisible lungs. The staff was filled with Huahwi armpits. Not on my to-do list anymore. read more
