Former…read moreInnkeepers' Perspective As former bed-and-breakfast owners, we know firsthand just how incredibly demanding this business can be. It's nonstop work - from the early morning prep for gourmet breakfasts to the meticulous cleaning, thoughtful decorating, and personalized hosting that makes guests feel truly welcomed. It's exhausting, but when done right, it's magical. That's why we're so thrilled to share our experience at the Sheridan House Inn. This B&B doesn't just meet the high standards of the industry; it soars far above and beyond them. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was evident. The accommodations are among the best we've ever encountered - luxurious, spotlessly clean rooms with premium linens, comfortable beds that invite deep sleep, and thoughtful amenities that show the owners truly care about guest comfort. The Inn itself creates a warm, inviting environment that's relaxing yet elegant, the kind of atmosphere that's hard to achieve but makes all the difference. And the food? Outstanding. The breakfasts are gourmet masterpieces - fresh, creative, and delicious, prepared with obvious passion and skill. But what truly sets the Sheridan House apart and elevates it above and beyond any other B&B we've ever stayed are the exceptional dinners they offer. These are not your typical B&B fare; they're multi-course Michelin-style quality meals that are memorable, beautifully presented, and an absolute highlight of the stay. The location in the charming town of Williams is another huge plus. Williams is a great place to visit - from exploring the historic Route 66 vibe and gateway access to the Grand Canyon, to unique shops, railroads, wildlife parks, and hiking trails. The hosts go all out without making it feel forced - they're genuinely hospitable, anticipating needs and sharing local insights that enhance the stay. This level of dedication is rare and deserves recognition. Is it worth the money? Absolutely, and then some. In a world of cookie-cutter hotels and average B&Bs, the Sheridan House delivers great value through an unparalleled experience. If you're looking for the best bed-and-breakfast getaway - especially in the Southwest - it'd be hard, if not impossible, to beat this one. Highly recommended without reservation. Thank you to the wonderful owners, Debby & Mark, for keeping the spirit of true B&B hospitality alive and thriving.

The recommendations on where to go was so greatly done by Mark. They also offer Dinner on premises if you are good on arrival time, which for us wasn't the case. The beautiful details in our room so unexpected. The welcome cookies were to die for and the complimentary glass of wine a perfect touch. Mark & Debbie know how to do it right. The location is so tranquil and the temperature perfect in Williams, AZ. I believe we found our goto place, whenever we return. I need to mention the breakfast which we decided to enjoy on our wrap around patio was the right choice for us. The service, the coffee and the courses were exceptional and they were chosen upon check-in the night prior. The service was perfection and attention to detail beyond measure. What can I say, I loved this place!

Parents appreciated choice of light and dark roast coffee, make your own waffle, oatmeal station, rotating sausage and bacon, and premade omelettes. The kids loved the juice, muffins and lucky charms cereal. There was easy and flexible seating. Everything was well stocked at breakfast and clean. The kids and adults also enjoyed the small pool (4.5 feet) and hot tub but they were closed due to pH issues our second night. Plenty of pool towels. This hotel clearly made to be convenient from families as includes a small store with chips, drinks and microwave burritos and mac and cheese. We got some deli meat, cheese and fruit from nearby Safeway one night, and we enjoyed early bird specials (4 to 6 pm) and kids' menu at Red Raven the second night.

Very nice, fairly new hotel. Indoor pool and spa, but on the smaller side. Free breakfast, which we didn't partake because we were checking out, but it looked and smelled good! Loved how they had a welcome message on the television screen upon entering the room. The rooms were nice--very spacious and clean. Loved having the ice machine close to our room. It was mostly quiet, but we did have some people on our floor that were a bit noisy in the halls periodically. Overall a pleasant stay and I'd choose to stay here if ever in Williams again!

This charming hotel is adjacent to the Grand Canyon Railway depot where guests can hitch a train ride as they enter The Gateway to the Grand Canyon. It's an absolute must! It was the perfect place to stay before embarking on our grandest of journeys! The hotel had a variety of amenities such as free wi-fi, an indoor pool and hot tub, delicious dining options at the Fred Harvey Restaurant and a 19th century hand-crafted bar called Spenser's Pub. It was the perfect beginning to our adventure into one of Americas greatest National Parks. We immersed ourselves in western nostalgia- the hotel was a block away from downtown Williams and historic Route 66. The iconic route offers a quintessential American road trip featuring vintage diners, neon signs, and quirky roadside attractions! Overall, the hotel rooms, bathrooms, common areas were clean and comfortable. Prices were appropriate for the quality of stay. And the staff were exceptionally welcoming! Perhaps this was cool back in the 1960s but is just Lame now. Please limit the woman's speaker time to 5 minutes. Better yet SHUT UP! Let us enjoy the ride
