I meant to reschedule when I was ready but after this experience, I've cancelled indefinitely with this office and booked elsewhere where it was highly recommended by my former colleagues. It honestly isn't supposed to be this difficult to retrieve your own medical record. Throughout the process I always felt safe and comfortable. I was beyond happy with my results and my surgery truly changed my life. I would and have highly recommend Dr. Tal for your surgery needs. Now for the long version... I'm a 37 year old mother of 2. An 8 year old and a brand new 10 month old baby at the time of my surgery. I went to Dr. Tal because I felt it was finally time to do something for myself. I didn't tell Dr. Tal the full extent of what the surgery would mean to me until weeks after my surgery was completed. Nevertheless, he listened to every single big or small "wish" I had for myself, and told me he would do his very best to make sure that he accomplished everything I wanted for myself.  Prior to the surgery I had not been without my sports bra unless I was showering for 2 years. I had done my initial implants at the age of 18 at another surgeons office. Now time, having 2 children, life... made them one of the things about myself I was most unhappy with. I had spent 8 years in a very abusive marriage and was shamed for my body among other things, and I had almost lost hope that I would ever love to look myself in the mirror again. My breasts were huge, sagging, my nipples were gigantic and the pockets of my breasts were so wide. It's important to note that every other surgeon I saw wanted to do what was easier for THEM. They wanted to compensate for the large breast tissue and large nipples by doubling the size of my implants. They said this was the way to go. They said it would be near impossible to accomplish what I wanted. What did I want? I wanted smaller boobs. I wanted to lift my boobs. I wanted small, normal size nipples that didn't show out of the top of my sports bra no matter what size I bought. I wanted to be able to look in the mirror again and feel proud. Thank you to Dr. Tal - My new breasts are gorgeous. Even more beautiful than when I originally did them with my 18 year old super healing skin. My implants are smaller and perky. I absolutely love them. The scars are healing amazingly and they look better and better everyday. My back doesn't hurt anymore. I can wear whatever bra I want and my nipples never pop out. I don't have to spend time all day shifting my boobs around to try and make them look even and normal under my shirt and my sports bra. I can even go without a bra and my nipples are small and evenly placed which is a true miracle to me. This has changed my life. I know many people will feel like this is silly and cosmetic. But getting my love for my body back at the age of 37 is more than I could ever have dreamed of. It has now been 3 months since my surgery. I went from a 36DD to a very very happy 36C. My 8 year old daughter says she loves seeing the way I look at myself in the mirror every morning. DR. TAL ROUDNER IS A LIFE CHANGING SURGEON! THE VERY BEST! - And his staff is also incredible! (in my head) He's taking off the bandage and examining me and is telling me that i'm probably not gonna like my results and he's gonna have to lift up my right boob depending on how it heals but he wants to see how it heals. Never discussed price with me. He proceeded to ask me about my race and where i was from, i tell him i am mixed with black and cuban. He proceeds to tell me that i " better HOPE my cuban genes pull through because black people heal the worst" so just great he's foreshadowing that im not gonna heal properly at my FIRST POST OP appointment and already trying to gaslight me into thinking 1. i never mentioned my boobs we're not the same and 2. i wouldn't heal correctly because of my race like i can fix that. At my last pre op appointment he completely forgot anything he said about my breast looking different or me needing a potential surgery and made it seem like i was perfectly healed. Fast forward a year and change later you guessed it! my right breast is lower than my left breast , it actually feels like the implant is gone, and the left breast implant is really hard but still has a nice shape. I am in constant pain every single day i cannot sleep without pain. This has been the worst experience of my life and i'm out of $8500 . Please before you go to this doctor go to literally ANYONE ELSE. I posted a comment on tiktok about him and have already had 4 girls say they were botched by him and had a bad experience..... I was an out of state patient with a last minute scheduling need because of a horrible communication experience with a different surgeon who I would put down right now but who cares because of led me to the best. Nora rescued me from my stress. She she was calm cool collective and so understanding. I think she may have been a therapist in a past life. She got me on the schedule in super short notice and even some last minute testing at the hospital. It was like God sent her to me because I almost made a mistake of going to a subpar surgeon. God sent me a doctor with a great reputation who happens to have their office in the hospital..... I was safe and I knew it....heaven sent.
