Oh, what a great weekend we had. There is nothing like a good night of bowling with friends. Celebrity Lanes is a great place to kick back and relax and/or have fun with friends bowling the night away. We had a private room to celebrate the birthday of a friend. The private rooms are a perfect size and had 4 lanes available in it for our group to complete against each other. The spread of food was really good, with four different flavors of wings, several pan pizzas, etc. The service was great, everyone made our celebration of our friend very special. read more

First time here. Overall it was a good place to bowl! There was no issues whatsoever with loading the fame or lane. We didn't order any food since we were not staying for too long Negative: I paid attention when we got to our sitting - before us there was a couple in the spot we were assigned and I did not see anyone cleaning and disinfecting the balls, table our sits after they finished playing and left. Dumbs down for that! They should be disinfected every single time a new group comes in , specially because of Covid....reason for my 2 start rating. read more

Absolutely terrible arcade. Came here to celebrate and almost nothing works! So many games that look like they are working have broken card readers. At least 3/4 of the games don't work. Frustrated kids and parents. Wasted our money on the same 3 games that did work. Couldn't find anyone that works there. Several games took our money and we couldn't play. Everything about this place was horrible. Where staff should be helping customers, while all of them talk to eachother, there's only one person helping. Lanes are glitchy and getting help for them takes forever. HELLA OVERPRICED, for 2 people who want to bowl only, it was already over $100... Definitely do not come here if you wanna bowl or have fun. What fun! The bowling lanes are really well done and the whole place looked relatively clean and was comfortable (seating was good for bowling configuration). The system glitched a few times and was difficult to navigate - not super intuitive - but since we were there with the kids, we just moved on. The food was pretty good, considering it's a bowling alley and not a restaurant. My only real issue with the place and why it's not 5 stars is the cost. For an evening out, it was actually quite expensive at $60 for four of us to bowl for an hour and rent shoes. When I added another 30 min, it was $22. Maybe I'm just getting older or out of touch with what things cost, but this felt high - especially since we also had a $60 dinner bill for two adult meals, two kid meals, and two scoops of ice cream (no drinks). We'd be back here all the time if it were cheaper, but will save this spot for special occasion and nights out. read more

My experience with Celebrity Lanes and staff was 1st class all the way. It felt different from the last time we visited as a family. We were greeted as we walked in, the check in process seemed a lot more organized this time! Staff was polite and very helpful . once we got to our lane we were greeted by a one of the managers there and his name was Sam! I will say this , he's very easy on the eyes and loves to chat he was very informative and you could tell he cared ! He suggested a couple menu items and then our server came by shortly after..Her name was Karen and she was an absolutely wonderful young lady! Between the vibe and the food and again the way the staff treated us we will come back we've talked about having a party therein a couple months...thank you for making us feel special we will see you soon read more

Well my friends and I were looking for a place to have a few cocktails and wings on a Sunday evening without having to watch football good luck with that. Anyway we stumbled across here. The bar was empty overall but clean with plenty of seating so we decided to give it a try. Samantha was our bartender and waitress her service was OUTSTANDING! From the time we entered she made sure we were taken care of right and had no problem replacing our wings when we complained they were too salty! She didn't miss a beat. This made our experience very warm and inviting at celebrity lanes. One area of the business that in my opinion could use a little bit more attention are the bathrooms, most of the toilets were unflushed and filled with tissue. This is my 3rd review in the last 2 years. The first review ( 2 years ago) was about how terrible this place is. Second review (6 months ago) was about how it's gotten worse. I've seen how it's recently been getting reviews on how it's improved, and i just wanted to jump on here and say that it has not changed at all. If anything this place has gotten worse once again. About 6 months ago I didn't think it could get worse, somehow it has. Our league has a section we play in, and servers are always present, bring our orders promptly and engage in friendly conversation! Each week, gets better! Even just paying our league fee's and getting our shoes is easy peasy! Any questions, concerns or just wonderings are answered, without hesitation and make us feel at home! SPACE/VIBES: Located in the bustling area in Aurora near S Parker Road, there is plenty of places to eat, drink, shop and park in this area! Inside is wide open and has a modern feel! Booths are cozy, red in color and large! Both sides of the building are filled with lanes, a small arcade for the kiddos and Jackson's is attached - for our food and booze needs! The vibe here is very welcoming, filled with locals and leagues alike. I wasn't sure what to expect in first joining, but was pleasantly surprised. PRICING: If you're bowling for a night or a league, prices are reasonable, along with shoe rentals! $5/person! As for food and booze, you're able to order from Jackson's and have anything delivered! Lanes broke down constantly , and on top of that you could not even push the call button on the lane because it was broke as well . So you had to walk to the front every time . In three games we walked to the front desk around 20 times . Then the manager tried to fight me and got in my face . He's lucky he did not get dropped . Then on top of that he had a buddy from the bowling alley follow one of our friends out of the parking lot saying he was going to kill him screaming out his car window . We came here for some fun and had it!!! I will say that it was overpriced at $45 for each hour. The service was great our waiter was a very nice guy! He would always check in with us and have some of the best manners ever! The milkshake was awesome to finish up the day! This place was a blast for me and my dad! read more

Went there for a birthday party on a Sunday. They were extremely understaffed. Took so long to get food. A lot of the game was broken or not working correctly. Went in to laser tag, and quarter of the vest was not charged. Will never go back read more

Tried to go with younger kids and we were immediately greeted with a few adults smoking weed outside the entrance. Bowling here is so over priced and shoe rental is not included. The teenagers working are all hanging out laughing and ignoring patrons. We tried to get a bowling ball and we're told to look around. The lane we were given was sticky. Table and booths were disgusting and not cleaned. We asked for water and it tasted awful. Im guessing they don't clean the ice bin or the water is coming from a soda gun that's not clean. It was gross. The icing on the cake was the music and music videos playing on the giant screens. Wasn't a great feeling watching little kids run around while strippers were on display dancing in the videos. This bowling alley has no class. We left after less than 30 mins of bowling. read more

This was the single worst experience from beginning to end, from the food, to the service to the bowling. I can not tell you how disappointed I was with Celebrity Lanes. I realize they are new to the area and just opened up so I could excuse some of it, but so many things went wrong without resolution I have to give them the dreaded 1 star review. Had they tried to fix anything I would have given them the benefit of the doubt. So here it is, let me bottom line it for you: 1) Food - 35 Minute wait for food in an empty restaurant only to get our food and have it be wrong (did I mention we ordered hot dog brat & fries). Plus, I had to ask multiple times for refills. I asked someone for a refill (our waiter was MIA most of the meal) and the guy said, sure I'll get you one and disappeared! Plus the food was incredibly basic and honestly snack bar quality. Since they built this giant bar/grill I guess I expected better. 3) Expensive - $42 for 3ppl to bowl for 1 hour. Oh, and they keep the balls behind the counter so you have to schlep you ball with you to and from the lane?! If you have kids you know how insane this is! I don't even really get why they do this. I also didn't like that they only rent lanes by the hour (no per game rate) and they really discourage prepaying for bowling (which felt really weird). I mean we had to get a a manager to prepay for just an hour.....um, okay? 4) Multiple mechanical errors - We had so many problems with our lane it wasn't even funny. It didn't set the pins right, our balls got stuck, on and on for I don't know a dozen or so frames! We called and asked for help, no one came. My husband talked to the manager - he promised to add time and get it fixed; neither happened. 5) Customer Service - we asked in the restaurant, the alley and at reception for resolution to our many, many problems and we did not have one thing addressed! In fact they even promised things they didn't deliver. This is what really drives my 1 star review. It was such a terrible experience we will never be back. I am so disappointed! I was so excited to see it open, it is such a huge let down. read more

i've been bowling at Celebrity Lanes for over 10 years now. during that time I've gotten to know Carissa. Carissa is the exact kind of waitress this house needs. She's very attentive. Never gets the order wrong always smiling.. And something else that's important in a Bowling house is she always delivers your order on a tray as to never get drops on the floor, that's important. We have really missed her the last couple of weeks and hope she finds her way back out of the schedule, quite honestly, she's the best server you guys have. read more

We came here for a birthday and with about 20 people we had no issues getting a few lanes to ourselves. It also happened to be 50-cent Wings Wednesday, so you could try every flavour for $7.50! Our favourites were the garlic parmesan, Thai chili and honey sriracha. However, under no circumstances should you ever get the curry. I repeat, DO NOT ORDER THE CURRY WINGS. Unless you are force-fed and/or malnourished there is no reason to eat these wings. The marinade is like yellow sand in jello. It was awful, so bad we actually asked if we could change our order but the kid serving us wouldn't do it and never even brought it up the manager. What a waste of six wings. Overall it's decent for getting some easy wings and beers without long waits and crowds. Just know the service will suck. read more

The service at this place is horrible. I have never felt more invisible at any establishment. I came on a Sunday afternoon to watch the 49ers game in the bar area. I sat down AT THE BAR. There is one bartender and a manager that is helping out. I wait for anybody to greet me, nothing. They continue to help other people. 15 minutes of not being helped, two women sat a seat away from me. The male bartender goes up to them to take their order even though they came well after me. After taking their order, bartender didn't even look my way. It's busy but even some acknowledgement or "I'll be right with you" would've been nice. After 20 minutes, he comes back to check on the women next to me - STILL NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT! I finally flag down the manager who passes by right in front of me. He looks me right in the eye, says nothing and just motions "one minute" with his hand and keeps walking. LMAO. What a joke. After 40(!!!) minutes of being invisible to these people, I finally left. I can understand, empathize, and be patient when a business is busy if they can at least communicate at all. Save your money! Not worth it here. read more

We went the afternoon of new years and it was busy but there were enough staff to take care of and manage the needs of the people there. I want to be fair, so understand we were looking for a decent place to bowl. Upon arrival, we were eventually greeted in the bar area as it was happy hour and we wanted to get a snack, bowl, then a meal. We left and went elsewhere for food after all the issues. The bartender couldn't tell me what beers they had. Our experience was complicated by the poor staff obviously having little or no training, our visit was a management failure. Their pickle chips were so salty I couldn't taste the dill. We got charged full price for our happy hour, not the advertised happy hour price. The lanes were the worst I have bowled on in 50 years! Oiled so far into the pins my "Harsh Reality" bowling ball wouldn't hook AT ALL. Lanes ONLY by the hour, so when the pin setter broke twice, we lost time. No one answered the call button, the reset didn't work, we were basically robbed of our time and gave up. When I complained, the young staff could care less. It's also obvious they don't care about reviews. I don't see a single reply in multiple review sites. Over $50 an hour for 2 people to bowl, and the timer started at 55 minutes. If their lanes break, they don't compensate you. This is a party bar that is poorly maintenanced and it seems they just suck the money out of your wallet without a care. The service was INCREDIBLE! We bowled and had the sweetest server who was very attentive and even brought out son a small sundae for his 16th birthday. We loved the arcade and laser tag and had great young men who were also very attentive! There were not even half the lanes being used. They said they had reservations. When we started to leave, people came in and we're given lanes right away. Completely disrespectful. Came here on a Saturday night with some friends. It was $92 with 5 people, 4 pairs of shoes, and a military discount for 2 hours. My friends got lots of alcohol and some food while we bowled. We bowled about 2.5 games in 2 hours and added another hour where we almost finished 4 games. I got 126, 135, 147. They weren't very good about enforcing masks- more than half of the customers weren't wearing masks and the only thing the company did was announce on the overhead with a pre recorded spiel about how everyone is required to wear a mask. We came here with our kids and some friends a week ago. We were greeted by the owner who asked if he could give all the kids a prize. They each got to pick out a prize from behind the counter and werevery excited about that! They warned us they were short staffed that day and to expect a longer wait time for food but I was very impressed with how quickly the food and drinks came out. How can anyone be comfortable in this place? No face masks or social distancing anywhere. In the bathroom people were forced into the urinals right next to each other. They clean the balls they say but i saw the group next to us bowling with the balls that were on the seat and in the machine. The service here is also very subpar.
