Celebration Entertainment was absolutely AMAZING and really came through on our big day!!!! From beginning to the end, Yaniv always made his self available when we needed him and he was always very professional. He's just all around a great guy and was an absolute pleasure to work with! His wife was also instrumental in the planning of the day and was always checking in throughout the night to make sure everything was up to par and going as we wanted. Yaniv knew exactly what to play and when. He kept EVERYONE on the dance floor the ENTIRE night, which was our goal. When we worried about the "planning" of the wedding music/setup...etc, he asked us to trust that he knew what he was doing and he promised not to disappoint. That's just what we did, and it turned out to be one of the greatest nights of our lives! The guests could not agree more- everyone from my 80 year old grandmother to 7 year old children had to be escorted off the dance floor at the end of the night. No one wanted to leave because of the great time they were having!! This wasn't just any wedding- it was a "dance party!!!" My husband and I were worried about choosing a DJ because in our opinions, the music was one of the most important elements of the night. We had such a wide variety of guests to keep happy- not only our friends, but also many relatives from out of the country. When I was worried about choosing music for the ceremony and first dances, etc, Yaniv made so many unique music suggestions that I ended up going with....it really set our wedding apart from so many other cookie cutter weddings we had been to in the past. I can speak for both of us when I say I would give Celebration Entertainment no less than 5 stars (the best!) and recommend them to anyone planning an event in need of awesome music. I am so grateful and so beyond 100% satisfied with the recent event that went beautifully thanks to Celebration Entertainment. This was the 2nd event we booked with them and we knew we felt comfortable in every aspect of the event. We found Yani just by luck with a google search 7 years ago and we are blessed to have his experience, patience, creativity, and dedication to making sure my daughter was completely happy. He has a special gift for being able to combine all of the things we wanted and most of all to make sure that the event will be fun and full of joy. He is an amazing DJ but also helped us design the whole evening. All of the different vendors he brought were also very professional, extremely organized and good with kids. The products were of the highest quality and all of the guests told us both parties were the best their kids had been to. Yani is talented in so many ways but most importantly, he was so patient with my daughter's questions and always responded to our inquiries right away. The Worst rip-off and disappointment! I attended a child's Birthday party where Qeen Elsa was supposed to arrive, Queen Elsa arrived grossly overweight , wearing a cheap ,poor exscuse for a costume, her dark hair protruded from the wig and she wore a tee shirt! The wig looked as though she had just plopped it on. The sight of her was outright Digraceful and I stated that immediatley to both her and her companion before they even entered the house! She was allowed into the party because all the children had waited with great anticipation of meeting Queen Elsa, she fooled no one and the children remarked aloud this is not Queen Elsa. She then sang the frozen song which she confused the words to a second frozen song, to this, the children looked confused, She didn't do anything else relative to "Frozen", but carried on with a boring magic clown act !! It was Pathetic! The children went to the yard where she failed miserably To keep thier attention by playing the Chicken song and other corny songs that the children started wandering away to play on thier own. The children quickly lost any interest in her and the adult guests either laughed at Her or were appalled, as I was. This was supposed to be the highlight of the party, It was the biggest bomb ever! The birthday girl's Mom was distraught and my sympathy to her, she was robbed by this company with no recourse from the company, Seriously, do your research before hiring a character or using this company, they are a disgrace! !!!!!!! read more

The worst. I hired an Elmo for my twins 3rd birthday. First they brought the wrong costume. Secondly, the entertainer just stood there. I was told that there would be entertainment.the entertainer said that there was supposed to be a CD in the costume but that it wasnt included with her costume. I said I only wanted 30 min and didnt need face painters, but I thought I would get more interaction then the character just standing there and letting the kids just come up to them. I called to complain and didnt even get an apology. read more

I did a google search for clowns and found Celebration Entertainment. I thought the prices were competitive and decided to go for them because they were in Brooklyn...BEST decision I ever made! They called the night before and the morning of my son's 1st birthday to confirm. The clown was adorable, fun, patient with a bunch of 1-5yr olds - did great face painting and came with a partner! They didn't run out after an hour, wrapping up nicely. The clown we got was Yevvie (I believe that's how it's spelled.) She looked like a little elf and was simply darling. The clown costume was awesome and clean as well!!!! They did face painting, kiddie magic and balloon stuff! Will use again for my 3 year olds 4th birthday! read more

Celebration Entertainment did an astounding job for my daughter's 6th birthday party! I couldn't have been any happier! I chose their magic package for the party, which includes a magician that does magic and balloon animals as well as someone to do activities with the kids, like games, competitions and face painting. The kids and adults really enjoyed the magic show. My daughter felt like she was the focus of the show, which she and I just loved. The kids had tons of fun with the competitions. The entertainers were very professional and flexible to changes. I will definitely be hiring them again for future parties. Thank you for making the party fabulous! read more

Just booked a party with this company. It was a nightmare please save your money. I paid $273.00 for one hour of "entertainment". The woman called and was late, she blew up five ballons for a a party that had 30 children, & one tattoo. She had no personality, she wasn't entertaining at all. She changed into Elmo and my guests told me she was killing time in the bathroom. She was a mess. So I called the company and spoke with the owner and he said he would give me something free with a second booking. So basically I would have to book something with them again and they would give me something free. So I took that as an insult, why would I take that chance again spend by money for some free cotton candy. They are terrible with no customer service skills. They just want your money. I thought I should be reimbursed something and he disagreed. This company has no ethics they are a disgrace. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau ASAP. Would never recommend them anyone. read more

This place is a HUGE scam! I spent a lot of money for character package #2 and snow cone machine rental. This should have included face painting and balloon animals. When they showed up, they were not prepared. They needed extension cords, tables, water, 6 bags of ice, etc. and that is in addition to the 400+ that I paid. That is just the beginning. All of their services were extremely ghetto. They came with a bag of balloons already blown up and passed them out for balloon animals. They used stencils for face painting. The paintings looked like something my 6-year-old cousin could've drawn free-hand. And the snow come machine was a CHEAP machine that we could've bought from the dollar store, which I paid 100 dollars plus a dollar for each serving. Such a ripoff!!!! Then Minnie Mouse was a 6'4 guy who was scary to the kids who was supposed to dance and sing with the kids but they came with a blank cd!!!! Have u ever seen a Minnie mouse so tall???? This was the worst 400+ dollars that I've ever spent in my life!! They r a scam. C they show all these ice pics and testimonials on their website but they are ghetto and unprofessional. They ruined my daughter's 1st bday and I would recommend that NO ONE use their services. read more
