He was no longer responsive, gave me little to no instruction or details for the day of (he couldn't even reply to confirm my reservation), didn't check in to make sure everything was going smoothly and I also called them a couple times the day before the event as well as the day of the event, no answer. On the day of the event, the venue ended up having a concert that ran late and instead of the 11pm entry time he briefly mentioned, they changed it to 12am. My group did not know that after arriving at 11pm. We waited 30 minutes and then ended up going to a different club instead. I've had much better bottle service experience elsewhere. Waste of time and would definitely not recommend.
