I am updating my review once again because the support team has (finally) responded to our concerns…read moreand said they have confirmed the arrival time per their GPS data and agreed to a discount as a gesture of goodwill and to compensate for the inconvenience caused. I appreciate the support teams effort in trying to resolve the matter despite it being only after I posted a review. I however, still do not see the manager of the company in a positive light as I really dislike people who makes false claims, especially when they are representing a big company. Dishonesty cant get anyone anywhere. Like he said himself, there are real people behind every business and the way he is acting, definitely does not help those people. I too am a real person that is experiencing different things and this was one of them. I cannot and will not have someone dismissing my own experience like that.

When he arrived, he set everything up and then gave a quick tutorial to our people who would be working each station. Later on for pickup, I sent a quick text and he was there within minutes to swiftly pick everything up. Couldn't ask for anything more and you can sign us up again for next year. During an event where I need to be in multiple places at once, to know that I could rely on CCC to handle everything it needed to made my day that much less stressful.
