Elías the owner was polite, kind, knowledgeable, friendly, cheerful, and I wish I had paid what I paid to see him. 600 a session and 400 for a 3 inch by 3 inch bc that's what other ppl say they pay for what I've seen. It's not worth coming back. These guys want to 1 up on anyone that comes in for a quick buck. This is my honest review no shade just what I've experienced.

When I went to pick it up, however, the size of the letters had been changed to a much smaller size without my approval. I let them know that is not what I asked for, not what I paid for, and not what I approved. The owner, Lisa was cold and unapologetic. I asked her why I wasn't contacted because I would have said no to the smaller size. She didn't have an answer. Now my expensive jersey is ruined. She was rude and offered my money back for the embroidery only but told me the ruined jersey was my problem. I've been a customer here for years but will be looking for a new embroidery company now.
