I called two weeks after not hearing anything. Stopped by today and there my jacket sat, still in the exact same place on the counter now covered by more orders from others. He explained he had a busy week, and I replied with, it's been here a month. I understand it was a small order and very low priority, but he could have said that he didn't do orders that small and sent me on my way instead of wasting my time. I've been in the store twice now and it seems very disorganized with boxes and merchandise lying all around and hand written notes on top of orders. It may be a good idea for Tom to hire an organizer for the business. He seems like a perfectly lovely gentleman, but also to be permanently in the weeds.

When I went to pick it up, however, the size of the letters had been changed to a much smaller size without my approval. I let them know that is not what I asked for, not what I paid for, and not what I approved. The owner, Lisa was cold and unapologetic. I asked her why I wasn't contacted because I would have said no to the smaller size. She didn't have an answer. Now my expensive jersey is ruined. She was rude and offered my money back for the embroidery only but told me the ruined jersey was my problem. I've been a customer here for years but will be looking for a new embroidery company now.

As employees of the county everything has to be right. So we go to pick up almost 1,200 dollars in merchandise and the flag is on the very back with no flag on the sleeve. We called and they basically said sorry you approved it even though we looked up the proof they sent and it had it on the sleeve. But she said there is nothing we can do. Very rude to our class and the employees that protect and serve hall county. Will not be ordering from this establishment.
