Here i was early this year and well although the shop had hype, "It didn't deliver" . The price for what I wanted was 600 and if we didn't finish I come back and pay 200 or 300!? It was a joke! I mean if it was for something with alot of detail or a massive piece I would understand. Yes understand completely! I may not look but I understand Spanish in short. So things I didn't like. .. Not getting greeted by the artist as they past me. Or guys being passive aggressive or just irritated that I was there or that they had to work this day. and in Spanish one said " I'm so tired I hope my appointment s cancel and that he felt lazy" .. The front desk guy was nice and no complaints but his vibe was like Grey to say the least and I did not feel like I was welcome. .. Now why I am taking it this far.. It's not fair from what the artist and the customer agree on and then Changing it mid session. Yes you herd me right. The stencil was on me already. That's what we agreed on and paid for! So Less work for a large price tag. loads of agreement details missing, flat, didn't care of the sensitive spot, and Hurried to finish at the end. The gun felt, looked, sounded cheap. Elías the owner was polite, kind, knowledgeable, friendly, cheerful, and I wish I had paid what I paid to see him. 600 a session and 400 for a 3 inch by 3 inch bc that's what other ppl say they pay for what I've seen. My husband and i came here for their Friday the 13th special, today. We left tremendously pleased, tattoos were exact replicas of the 2"x2" sketches. Everyone there was very kind, professional, and respectful. They made sure we understood the process and communicated the whole time. Their doors opened at 12pm we got there at 11:15am and saw a long line waiting at the door. So disappointed, I heard many great things about this place from others. I decided to get my first tattoo here. Worst decision. I was not aware that the person who was doing my tattoo was an apprentice, and was not told. I understand that it was not the apprentices fault, it was the business who had the responsibility to let me know. A couple days after, my tattoo faded so much to the point where I had to get it retouched by another artist, only a FEW DAYS AFTER THE FACT. read more
