Terrible rude unorganized unprofessional staff. Storm, " desk guy/alleged tattoo artist" out of the 4 employees I saw only one tried to help and the "desk guy" only managed to be rude disappear outside when he was needed by other staff,Waste almost an hour of my time then insult me and be confrontational when I was leaving. He "kindly" informed me that even though he was the employee behind the desk checking other clients in that wasn't his job. He literally went out of his way to be rude in front of other clients. read more

My first time getting a tattoo. Dylan was great. It was easy, Dylan explained everything perfectly, he did a great job. The place was pretty clean and everybody was helpful. Dylan made sure his room was sanitized and clean before we started. I felt very comfortable and I am conservative and cautious. I chose a simple ring tattoo and it turned out perfectly. I was visiting a g/f from Florida and we went to get tattoos together. I wanted an infinity with a heart, simple tattoo. We even went the day before with a picture of what we wanted to get. We showed up the next day and Billy did my tattoo and I told him I wanted it above my wrist, towards the middle of my arm. I was leaving the next day to come home,so I really couldn't tell if I liked my tattoo, until it fully healed. Well, the whole tattoo isn't centered on my arm and both sides of the heart is not the same, it's very uneven, along with the coloring. I will have to have it fixed by a shop in my area. I was very upset that a relatively simple tattoo could be so messed up!!!! read more

I am completely shocked that someone has yet to review this place. I don't know about now, but back say...6-7 years ago this was the place to hang out in Gainesville...after you circled the "strip" about 20 bazillion times. This was my first piercing experience & I assume that because of that very reason (& only that reason) will this place hold a special place in my heart. I've been here on numerous occasions with friends, watching them get their new "Ink" & it all comes out "decent", but my personal experience with the piercers leaves me in pain & with one less piercing. Not really sure that its the most sanitary of places or that they know exactly what they were doing, but within weeks of getting my belly button pierced it had to be taken out & treated by a Dr. regardless of my rigorous cleaning routine. : -( read more
