I had an excellent piercer today. I've got my nips pierced. Zero problems. Clean and sterile environment. Wonderful group of people there. I've been with them for many years. My family goes there as well. read more

I really like the artists and have received great pieces from them, but I saw the instagram recently reposted a post from @ magacomeback on instagram that was in celebration of Germany's AfD party gaining traction. I... Frankly cannot stomach giving my business to a place that's reposting neo nazi propaganda? It sucks but I'm going to find a new shop, there isn't a world wherein I can forgive that detail. read more

Had a lot of fun there this was my first tattoo and they were able to squeeze me in well and were very professional, I am sorry to them because I forget the name of my artist but she did a amazing job and made me feel really comfortable and made the tattoo just how I wanted it, will be going back in the future read more

Underground Ink - Tattoo I received from there - Tattoo Near Me - Oakwood, Georgia

I've had 6 tattoos at this location and I love the results! Four of my tattoos are small, simple line black tattoos that are beautiful years later. I have a very detailed black and white upper arm piece of roses that *Adam did and it is by far my favorite piece I have. He is a true artist. He will forever be my personal tattoo artist now. I'm planning my next one now! The shop is clean and the actual working area is brightly lit and sterile. I was never concerned about any of my work done. I recommend this place to everyone who asks! read more

Jenni is hands-down a the best artist in town. She actually takes her time to make sure you get exactly what you want and is very diligent and meticulous with her work. I will definitely be getting another tattoo from her! read more

Loved this place, first time here and had a great experience! Jerry and his wife are the best! Would definitely recommend this place! read more

I've seen Jenni a few times and she is incredible. She has free handed all my vines and always takes her time perfecting what I want done. It's always fun to be there too. From the owner, to the atmosphere, to the other artist, just all top notch. We are moving away and ill miss being able to come see these people. 10/10 recommend. read more

Always professional, fun, and nice. Would not go anywhere else. They know what the artists are capable of and direct you to the person who would be best suited for your piece. read more

I got my first tattoo here about a year ago. My artist was Travis. I didn't know what to expect and had a budget of $100. Everything was amazing and simple from scheduling my appointment, which I had to reschedule and they were super nice about, to actually getting my tattoo. Everyone there was super nice. Travis was helpful and kind. He's the only one that told me accurately what getting a tattoo would feel like- being scratched by a cat (over and over). He worked with me on the design and my budget. I went in for a touch up (not to any fault of his own. Just to make sure everything was completely filled in) and they did not charge me for it. You get one free within 45 days of getting your tattoo done. They're funny and it is an enjoyable atmosphere, even if you're shy. A year later my tattoo still looks amazing and I love it. The shop itself was very clean. All of the tools came from packages, showing they were either new or definitely sanitized. I 100% recommend Travis and Underground Ink to anyone who wants a tattoo. read more

Underground Ink - My first tattoo - Tattoo Near Me - Oakwood, Georgia

I wish I could give a better review of my first tattoo experience. However, I can't, because I still have yet to get my first tattoo. I met with the artist Lolli, who said she'd be in touch with me in a couple weeks after designing and drawing up my tattoo. I called the shop for the status around 3 weeks after my consultation, and was angrily told not to call and that Lolli would be in touch with me as soon as she was ready.... That was 4 months ago. Thanks for nothing, literally. read more

It was the first time at Underground Ink for my wife and I. Won't be the last time we visit. Great service, comfortable waiting area, great staff, and most importantly, Very Clean. Our tattoos are great, walk in customers, and after a short while, we were both done, and happy. read more

Underground Ink - Tattoo I got today. - Tattoo Near Me - Oakwood, Georgia

This place is great. My friend and I went one afternoon, and got ours done. The artists were very patient with what we wanted. They drew it right up and vuaaa llaaaa. Ours were kinda small so the whole process of the actual tattoo only took about 20 minutes. We WILL be back again for more. read more

This place is professional and beautifully decorated! It also smelled amazing (like apple cinnamon) the last time I went and is always super clean. The staff is personable. They really inform you of what the best options for you are and will not do anything that would purposefully harm you (My pierced recommended another piercing last time because my tragus was too small to pierce properly). They also really inform you on how to take care of your tattoos and piercings. I have had my septum, nostril, smiley, and helix pierced here. I wouldn't trust anywhere else to do such high quality work as Underground Ink. read more

I cannot say enough great things about underground ink tat. My artist Travis Cole was amazing really cared and asked me what I was looking to do because this tattoo was very important to me and so was the day. I called and Terri was able to get an appointment and she got the tattoo artist even came in two hours early to make sure that I could get exactly what I wanted never had so much care and attention from a tattoo place before I will never go anywhere else and I will recommend all of my friends read more

Wouldn't give this place a star if that was an option. I was visiting friends in MHK and we decided to go to underground ink because they had a POSTED SIGN IN THE WINDOW stating that they did walk-ins. So we went in to see if they had any time to do a couple simple tattoos for us. As soon as we walked through the door there was not a single person in the shop except Chris (?). We asked if he had time since we saw he had MULTIPLE open appointment slots on his website. He came at us aggressively saying that they don't do walk-ins because they don't want people like us to ruin their reputation. He went on and on despite the obviously confused and offended looks on our faces. We went upstairs to a DIFFERENT tattoo shop and had a completely wonderful experience; I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the tattoo shop UPSTAIRS AND A COUPLE SHOPS OVER. They also have some great stories from customers who have had similar experiences at underground ink. Long story short, don't go here. There's a reason Chris was in there by himself. read more

My go-to place for ink! Clean and professional! Awesome staff! Hoping to return soon for more ink!

Got a helix piercing and it was a great experience. Clean environment and friendly employees.

I have never met a piercer who cares so much that I had the right information. I'm so glad I came here to get my nose pierced rather than any old shop. Underground ink is an absolute treasure! It's a big shop filled with gorgeous antiques and it really makes you feel like you know the artists. I love this place and will be coming here for my tattoos and piercings from now on. read more

Got my 2nd tattoo here. Really nice job and it was exactly what I wanted. Friendly staff. Gave me a soda so I didn't faint

First of all this place has a beautiful lobby and the whole shop is decorated wonderfully! Great warm atmosphere that makes you feel right at home, I got some work done by Lauren and she knows what she's doing. Will be back in the future. read more

This place is great! The shop is clean, and the people are nice and knowledgeable. Love my tattoo!!

Love this shop. Adam driver is the artist I used. Very skilled. Clean shop. Nice atmosphere.

This place was over all phenomenal. Out of all the places I have had piercings done, they are the best. I have had my septum, nostril, and smiley done here. They are well kept, and extremely clean. The employees know exactly what they're doing and are well focused and polite. The place is well decorated. It is not a sketchy hole-in-the-wall tattoo shop by any means. It is a great place for piercings, and an affordable but fair price. read more

Hiding your reviews is an obvious admission of your unprofessionalism. Class acts for sure! How about giving the community a chance to see your reviews easily instead of having them weed through filtered reviews to get an accurate representation of your dump. read more

My mom and I both got tattooed here by Lolli. They were fantastic! Whatever you want, there is someone there who can do it. It was also very clean. Lolli was very patient with me since this was my first tattoo. I will definitely be going back for more! read more

I've gotten two tattoos from underground ink and I will never go anywhere else! They are professional, fun and will listen to your ideas while making a beautiful creation! I would trust anyone of their artist to give me a tat but I have a partiality to Lolli who attention to detail puts others to shame. Can't say enough about their quality and cleanliness. No place in oakwood/Gainesville area compares! read more

Amazing place! I had gotten a bad tattoo at another shop and came here to get it fixed and now I couldn't be more happy with it! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This shop is very clean, has a great atmosphere, and even better people. read more

The atmosphere of this tattoo parlor is amazing. Walking in it is decorated with more of an upscale touch. Absolutely beautiful. I was so scared to get my first tattoo last year (2016). Lauren was excellent. I explained what I was looking for and she drew it up for me right there. She did an Autism Butterfly. At the touch it up appointment a month later I got another done. Lauren is the best. She is easy to talk to and let's you know what is going on if you are nervous. Highly recommend this place! read more

I absolutely love the staff here. They are always very personal with you and you just get a sense of family in this establishment. I have been pierced here and they did an amazing job, and I am getting my first tattoo soon. Adam is going to be my artist, and I couldn't ask for anyone else to do a realistic tat. I was being a worry bug and getting anxious but Sandi and her staff have really helped with me being so nervous and they have really done an A+ in customer service. Love you guys! Can't wait to get tatted up ! read more

My daughter and I got matching tattoos here, done by Lolly. She did an excellent job! My daughter also got a piercing, which became infected and has since closed up. I don't think it was the fault of the piercer (forgot her name), I think my daughter didn't care for it as she should have. But--our tattoos are awesome. We both get so many compliments on them! I'll definitely come here again. I had been going elsewhere, but my fave tattoo artist moved to FL and I moved to Cumming, I'm so happy to have found Underground Ink! And how I found them--I saw a tattoo on a lady while standing in Walmart--turns out she was the owner! She gave me a card, we checked it out and voila. Excellent job guys! read more

Love the shop! Love the people! Classy place with classy and very talented drug free artist!

Great tattoo shop. The artist are all awesome and they're not douche bags either. wonderful experience. would recommend to anyone.

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. After wasting our time at the Dragon's Den, we went to this place. The people that work here are all so nice! We walked in and felt comfortable in the professionally decorated shop. I just love the atmosphere. Lauren did an absolutely phenominal job on my friends tattoo. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone! read more
